Enjoyed the house just a nice quiet place and clean! Will stay again!

We have been coming to MV for 20 years and this was the best appointed house we have stayed in. Everything you would need is here!!!

We had a lovely time.

This is my 3rd year returning to my home away from home. The place is always well kept and very comfortable to stay at. Cynthia is always very responsive. I could not imagine staying anywhere else on the island.

I strongly recommend considering the Bailey place when visiting.

We had a wonderful time staying at Bailey's Island Getaway! The house was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained (including newly renovated bathrooms and the most beautiful new outdoor shower I have seen!). The full back deck made grilling, eating, and playing games outside enjoyable.

Also, the owner, Cynthia, was a delight to work with, very responsive and organized. Thank you for having us at your beautiful home for our annual MV get-away!

We had the best time at this place! The house is so warm, well-furnished and welcoming.

All of the little touches by Cynthia really made us feel at home for the week. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen. Our kids loved playing in the yard, and we all enjoyed being able to eat meals outside on the deck.

Looking forward to our next trip to Cynthia's place!

Cynthia's house is beautiful clean and very welcoming. My husband and I along with 3 other couples rented the house out for one week. We had a marvelous time. We slept comfortably. We were able to prepare our own meals and the house was located near several tourist attractions.

If you are looking for that perfect piece of Paradise this is it! The house is open, airy, immaculate, beautifully decorated with every creature comfort you could desire. The pictures don't due the place justice.

The owners have left no stone unturned to guarantee that your stay in their lovely home is the perfect getaway. Fully air conditioned. WiFi everywhere. Flat Screen TVs in every bedroom and in the living room. Beautifully decorated outdoor deck and brand new outdoor shower. New appliances. Gorgeous hardwood floors. Paradise for you to ENJOY!

A lovely, peaceful place to stay during uncertain times!
Our family of 4 had plenty of room to hang out on our own. The house was immaculately clean, and the kitchen had everything you need to cook/grill. I loved the back deck and spent a good amount of time reading there.
This house is off one of the main roads on Martha's Vineyard, so it is easy and convenient for a starting point to explore the entire island.
Cynthia was professional, prompt and friendly. She made the rental process easy and efficient. You can tell she takes pride in her home away from home. show more show less

We just returned from a week stay at this lovely gem of a house. It is tucked away down a little dirt road, but centrally located in Edgartown, not far from State Beach, downtown Edgartown and Katama. The home is spacious and comfortably sleeps eight. The finished basement served as a perfect hangout (and bedroom) for our teenage boys. The kitchen came with plenty of utensils, tableware, cookware, etc. The air conditioning was a huge plus, as we had several very hot, humid days. And this house was IMMACULATELY CLEAN upon arrival (there was even a gift bag filled with disposable masks and hand sanitizer!) We had such a marvelous time. The property is nestled away from the busy areas, but still close enough to the action if you want it. The main road has a walking/bike path which makes it the perfect place for a morning workout. This is such a beautiful home away from home. The owners thought of everything I need to make me feel at home. I think I've found my oasis on MV. It is quiet and peaceful. I will definitely be back!!! And I highly recommend!
