Located off the bike path and bus route, and just a short distance from the center of Edgartown village, this delightful cottage is the perfect destination for easy living. Comfortable spaces and perfect for small families or friends traveling together, with nice outdoor space for entertaining or relaxing.

The 1st floor features a fully equipped maple kitchen with marble floor and an open living area with vaulted ceiling and skylights. Additionally there is a bedroom with trundle bed, full bathroom and washer dryer. The 2nd floor has an open loft with full/ twin bunk bed and a twin trundle plus a private master with queen bed and TV.

The kitchen/dining area opens out to a large deck for outdoor entertaining and leads to an outside shower, hammock, and, as they last, herb garden.

There are 2 kayaks, 1 set of golf clubs, and tennis rackets. Just bring yourselves, relax and enjoy!
