Rented this for our best friend's wedding in Edgartown! There were 8 of us total and this was the perfect house! Plenty of space and bedrooms for all! Amazing porch and backyard to hang out and plenty of bikes and games in the shed. Also great location close to town and beaches! Would definitely rent again!

My friends and I (9 women in total) were planning a girls' weekend in Edgartown for the beginning of June and absolutely loved our stay here. The location was an easy 15 minute walk into town, which we did plenty of times. The house fit us all comfortably and had various common areas to relax or socialize in, which was very much appreciated. The back deck was spacious and had plenty of seating. We kept commenting on how the house had everything you could need for a week away, which is so helpful, particularly when vacationing on an island. The house was clean and the owner was very responsive. Even better than the photos. Would definitely stay again!

We rented this beautiful home for a week this summer. My daughter was getting married and we needed a home for ourselves and 3 other families. The house had everything we needed and more. Walking distance to town and 10 minute ride to beach. Hope to make it a yearly visit from now on.

I cannot say enough about this wonderful house which provided our family with a perfect off-season get-away. It's pristinely clean, kid-friendly, welcoming, well furnished, and has way more space than we expected from the pictures. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have 2 beds each, and were a perfect spot for our 2 young kids. The owners have clearly thought of everything to make your stay more comfortable, like tables in the bedrooms to put your luggage on and plenty of extra linens and bedding.

The sunroom and deck were wonderful hangout spots, and the kitchen is beautiful and fully furnished (including with a great blender for smoothies). There are adult bikes and a tag-along available for use which saved us from having to lug ours over on the ferry. The location is perfect, on a quiet street just outside of Edgartown.

The owners were really helpful with restaurant recommendations and things to do in the time of COVID. A perfect, socially distanced vacation getaway.

Oh and did I mention, it's spectacularly clean, well stocked and the furnishings are just beautiful. A true home away from home. I am hoping to return again some day soon!

This beautiful home in a great location was the perfect spot to celebrate a milestone birthday with family. The home was clean and located in a private setting yet close to the center of Edgartown and beaches. The accommodating hosts offer bikes, outdoor games, beach chairs and towels to make your trip so convenient!

We would love to return next year.

We were so lucky to stay at Tara's home for a September weekend with a group of couples - we have a cottage in Edgartown that we share with extended family and others were there so we decided to rent and couldn't have been happier. The photos are completely accurate but don't do the house justice. It's an amazing location - perfectly convenient to both town and South Beach (not to mention Katama General Store & Right Fork Diner!) - but super private and quiet for days or nights at home grilling on the deck or playing in the yard. There's a marshy-ish area (it wasn't buggy) surrounding the yard so you can barely see the next neighbor. The outdoor shower got a lot of use despite the cooler than usual temperatures and the kitchen was super well stocked - great for cooking with a group, which we did. The beds & showers all worked out great, as did the common hangout areas - including the fun basement ping pong spot. We used the bikes to go to Bad Martha's for an afternoon beer & pizza and to get to breakfast at Right Fork in the morning.

Really can't say anything bad about the place - it smelled particularly clean when we walked in and Tara was super easy to communicate with via email and text. Flexible on check in & out because there weren't other renters right before or after us. Hope we can go back -it'd be a fabulous spot for family as well.

We have rented many times on the Vineyard & this was the best. Perfectly located on a quiet dead end street, so very private, yet a short walk to town & beach. The large property & deck were great for our grandchildren to play & us to eat, drink, & relax. The inside of the house is better than the pictures. Roomy with bedrooms on 3 floors, plenty of room to move around. Kitchen has every amenity you need for meals & entertaining. Bikes, every type beach equipment was supplied. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this property.

What a beautiful home! This house is gorgeous inside and out: Plenty of space for the family with bedrooms upstairs as well as downstairs next to the playroom. All of the appliances are in perfect shape. The rooms are sunny and bright. The deck is wonderful for morning breakfasts overlooking the meadow. The outdoor shower was a big hit as well!

The kids enjoyed playing in the yard with the games in the shed. The bikes were so handy as well! We can't say enough about the location. It's perfect. We walked into Edgartown, took quick bike rides to Morning Glory Farm and easily rode to both South Beach and the "Jaws" bridge. The house is located on a quiet road with plenty of privacy as well. This is a great find!

There is no place like home or so we thought until we recently spent our first weekend on Martha's Vineyard. Our weekend was amazing!

The island has so much to offer, but more importantly, was where we stayed. This home is charming with plenty of room for family and friends. It offers all the amenities needed to enhance a wonderful vacation and to enjoy a relaxing cozy time with an at home feel.

Indoors, whether you are hanging around the kitchen island or reading a good book on the sunlit porch, to spending quality time in the living room or just having fun in the finished basement, you have it all!

Outdoors, you can enjoy morning coffee on the sprawling private deck overlooking the lawn and meadows. After a fun day at the beach, there is no better way to relax than to refresh in the roomy outdoor shower followed by your favorite cocktail on the deck in total privacy.

When you want to venture out, the location could not be better!!! Walk, ride bikes or drive into the heart of town to experience shopping, sightseeing, not to mention amazing culinary experiences!! There are so many great places to dine for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

We loved everything about Martha's Vineyard and cannot wait to go back! We can only hope this incredible home away from home will be available!!

My family has been vacationing on the Vineyard for the past 20 years and this was our favorite rental yet. The location is ideal as the house is just a short walk from downtown Edgartown, but is situated on a large private lot ideal for a vacation getaway. The property is beautifully landscaped with its own meadow and plenty of yard space for outdoor activities. Inside, the house is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything a family would need while on the Vineyard. It's well supplied for sunny days with beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and bikes, but also rainy days with multiple rooms to watch TV and a ping-pong table for the kids. Our favorite place was the spacious deck overlooking the meadow for family dinners. Not to mention, the large outdoor shower was ideal when returning from the beach. This home is very well maintained and is an ideal choice for a Martha's Vineyard vacation.

We loved this vacation house. It was situated on a beautiful, sunny & private piece of property, yet was only a quick walk or bike ride to town. My family spent much of our time outside on the large, sunny deck which had both a sitting area, table & grill. The inside was just as comfortable, spacious and beautiful. We very comfortably slept 8 with more than enough room to relax. The combination of privacy, location & beautiful home cannot be beat!

This is a beautiful house on a beautiful private property! We found everything we needed inside and out for a wonderful stay. It was clean, well appointed with cozy living spaces. It is close to downtown Edgartown and only a bike ride away from the beach.
