A classic, saltbox style, three bedroom (plus bonus room), two bath home centrally located in Edgartown. Home is bright and comfortable, perfect for your family's vacation getaway. Sleeps 8 adults, 2 kids.

The open layout of the main floor consists of a kitchen, dining room, and living room (wall mounted smart TV) that leads to a screened porch and large back deck. Kitchen is fully equipped with a brand-new dishwasher, including a Nespresso machine (pods are not included), cold brew french press, and standard drip coffeemaker. Outdoor living space is complete with a grill, patio furniture, & outdoor shower. Off the first floor hallway is a large bedroom (queen bed, flat screen TV + Amazon Fire Stick) with full bathroom and laundry room (brand-new energy efficient washer & dryer). Spacious driveway can fit up to 4 vehicles.

The second floor has another spacious master style bedroom (queen bed, kids twin bunk beds, kids play area w/toys), second bedroom (full bed), and bonus room (full bed) that share a full bath. All rooms on the second floor have a desk for remote work/school. Equipped with Xfinity hi-speed internet (300mbps).

No linens provided, no pets, and absolutely no smoking on property. All bedrooms have A/C window units.

The house is conveniently located on the Edgartown/Vineyard Haven Bike Path and within walking distance of the neighborhood boat landing on Sengekontacket Pond (7 min walk), Caroline Tuthill Preserve (10 min walk), and Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary (15 min walk). The restaurants, bars, and shops of Downtown Edgartown are 2 miles away (5 min drive). Just 1.5 miles down the road from Bad Martha’s, Sharkey’s, and Stop & Shop! Beaches are very accessible by car or bike, with only 4 miles to State Beach and 5 miles to South Beach. It is 5.6 miles to the Vineyard Haven Ferry Terminal and 5.8 miles to the Oak Bluffs Terminal.

Our home is a smoke-free property. Thus, smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the house. If any smoking is detected, this will result in a forfeiture of the full security deposit. read more show less

    Awesome house, lots of room for larger family, or multiple families, well equipped kitchen, great outdoor shower, patio and grill, lots of parking, big living room and dining area, easily handled all 8 of us.
    Would definitely stay here again !

    Perfect Location

    This home was in the perfect location between Edgartown Center and Circuit Ave in OB, beaches were a short drive, & supermarket right around the corner. The home was lovely, we enjoyed the layout with a main bedroom on the first floor of the home and the other three bedrooms upstairs. We enjoyed evenings on the screened in porch with the fresh air breeze. The home had plenty of games which we enjoyed playing and every little kitchen necessity to make you feel at home while you're cooking. Another area we enjoyed of the home was the outdoor living, especially relaxing in the Adirondack chairs with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. show more show less

    Well Appointed Property

    This is a well appointed home w attention to all the right details. Nice layout, plenty of spacious rooms & in immaculate condition. Kid & family friendly touches—step stools, toilet seat, games, TVs, etc. Well stocked kitchen—pots, dishes, appliances & accessories. Outdoor shower, fire pit, deck, screened in porch & beach chairs ready to go made for a great stay. Prime location—easily accessible & midway point between key island locations. Air conditioning & temperature control were great. Binder containing food options & recreational activities were also a very helpful & thoughtful touch.

    Great house and location

    We rented this property for a week and could not have been happier. It was exceptionally clean with fresh paint, new appliances and quality kitchen items.

    There are two master bedrooms, one down stairs with the laundry room off of the bathroom and the other upstairs with lots of room. Each bedroom has an air conditioner which was an added bonus for the warmer nights. The location is perfect for visiting all over the island and the bike path and walking trails just minutes away.

    The owner was so easy to work with and answered all of my many questions. You will not be disappointed- great house and location!     show more show less
