The kitchen has a generous amount of cabinet space, new appliances, new granite counters and is well equipped with all cooking necessities. There is a 6 seat table with a TV in the kitchen. There is a half bath off of the kitchen. There is a separate dining room with a large table with seating for 6.

There are three bedrooms with plenty of closet space. The primary bedroom features a queen size bed and has a TV. Bedroom 2 features two twin size beds. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. All bedroom linens are provided. All bedrooms offer ample closet space. Each bedroom has separate air conditioning controls. The main bath has a tub/shower and new fixtures and granite vanity countertop. All towels and washcloths are provided.

There is an attached two car garage with plenty of room for bicycles and beach gear. The laundry is conveniently located in the garage. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided, and the large driveway provides off street parking for at least two cars.

The private back yard features a large outside shower, patio, propane gas grill, outdoor dining table, and a glider.

Odd- season flexibility with stays that are 3-day minimum.
