We were lucky to come back to this lovely home in Katama. The house is clean, well stocked with a beautiful yard for playing games or just sitting and relaxing. The back deck and grill area have plenty of room for the family to eat and relax. The outdoor shower is great! The house is as shown (or better). We were close to beach and town but found we best liked to relax with our family at the house! Marj the owner is wonderful to deal with if you have any questions.

We loved staying in your home for a family wedding on MV. The home was exactly as described, super clean and tidy, located in a convenient spot and just perfect for our group. The Hosts were both so easy to deal with and responded to any and all my questions. I'd highly recommend staying here and would love to return.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Rafa & Marjory's beautiful rental property! They were both very responsive and amazing hosts throughout our stay. Their house was the perfect space that was able to hold as many as 9 of us extremely comfortably. The location was amazing as you are right in the middle between South Beach and Edgartown center. The house was extremely clean and had everything necessary to feel right at home. The outside of the house was very well maintained with a beautiful front yard perfect for wiffle ball and an amazing back porch perfect for eating outside, grilling and hanging out. The shed had many of the island necessities such as beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, yard games, etc. The house is set back off the road which provided peaceful mornings and nights. Last but not least, the house offers an amazing outdoor shower which allows for a great start and finish to your day! I would highly recommend staying here. show more show less

We had a wonderful week and this home was awesome for our family. The location is great - close to South Beach and wonderful for walking around the block, beautiful front yard to enjoy family tournaments of bocce, corn hole and just catching up. Everything we needed was there - the house is as shown and was very well stocked. Marj was wonderful to deal with and quick to answer any questions we had. The outdoor shower is amazing and the new grill on the deck came in handy because we loved eating at the house. Excited to book again for next year! show more show less

We rented this beautiful house for three weeks. It's in the perfect location/neighborhood - close to Edgartown as well as the beach. Bike paths are easily accessible. The house is lovely inside. We had anywhere from 5-10 people at any given time and it was very manageable and comfortable. All needs are thought of - from the kitchen to bed and bath linens...even laundry detergent! And a shed with bikes and lawn games/beach chairs, etc. And there's a great outdoor shower!! There's a wonderful back deck - a large table and plenty of seating. And a fabulous, new gas BBQ. We love the front yard! Plenty of space for games and for sitting in the beautiful Adirondack chairs. We brought a net for volleyball/kadima. The lovely owners are very attentive and available for any questions! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! Great house, great memories! We'll be back! :) show more show less

We had a wonderful vacation. House proximity to South Beach is perfect. Edgartown easily walkable. The house was clean and cozy. Nice porch for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. House had everything we needed. Marj and Raf made sure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful house with very modern amenities with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Nice front and backyards and secluded by trees from the road and other properties. Close to downtown Edgartown and walking is a possibility if you like the exercise, however, just far enough away from downtown that you don't have the crowds. Bikes and beach chairs and other fun amenities are provided. Perfect vacation home for a family of 8 or less.
