This spacious deluxe family vacation home features an expansive Great Room with an open floor plan and a two-story open ceiling with a wall of windows surrounding the gas fireplace. The main floor living area consists of an open kitchen/dining room, seating area that surrounds the fireplace and a media room with 85” TV and seating for the whole family.

The chef’s kitchen features a large prep island with breakfast bar seating for 4. The 5 burner gas range is sure to please the cook’s in the family. The kitchen opens to the dining area that seats 10 and is flanked by glass sliders to the pool area. The side entry opens to a mudroom with a half bath to one side and a laundry center just off of the mudroom. The mudroom leads to a 2 car garage and one of the entrances to the attached carriage house with full bedroom/office and full bath. The carriage house bedroom has a walkout balcony that attaches to the main house.

Bedrooms include the Primary Master Suite Bedroom with a King Bed, and a spa-like bath with tub and walk-in glass shower on the main floor. A 2nd master with King Bed, and a deluxe bath with soaking tub and walk-in shower is located on the 2nd Level with a balcony that connects to the carriage house. Two additional guest bedrooms on the 2nd level of the main house include a bedroom with 2 double over double bunk beds (sleeps 4 adults/ up to 8 kids) and a 4th bedroom with a King bed. These two bedrooms share a large jack & jill bath with a walk-in shower and dual vanities. The 5th bedroom is in the attached carriage house with a king bed, full bath and basic office set up. All beds have high-end organic low VOC mattresses!

The finished basement includes a 75” TV, sectional couch, pool table, half bath and arcade with 50+ games (including Golden Tee). It is a great additional indoor space to enjoy extended family time. The basement has a gorgeous walkout exit which leads to the backyard and pool.

Walk to Edgartown village center from this gorgeous family retreat! Boutique shopping, fine and family dining, gourmet food shops, movie theatre, restaurants overlooking the harbor are all minutes away. South Beach is just a 5-minute drive from this home and State Beach with calm water swimming is a 10 minute drive from the house.
