Our home is in quiet and safe Island Grove neighborhood on a low traffic cul-de-sac street 2 miles from downtown Edgartown. It's set back from the street with privacy and a nice yard. You'll enjoy the ideal location for beach access, a quick walk to neighborhood tennis and pickleball court, and easy walk to Morning Glory Farm for your morning muffins and other fresh products. Close to bike paths.

On first floor: open floorplan with fully equipped roomy kitchen, dining and living rooms. Screen porch. Master bedroom with Queen bed, attached full bathroom with dual entrances from hall and master bedroom, and laundry.

On second floor: 2 bedrooms - one Queen and one with 2 Twin beds, full bathroom, and loft area that overlooks the first floor. The loft has a sitting area and a full-size futon for additional sleeping (not private).

Guests enjoy bug-free dining in the screen porch that leads to the adjoining deck where you'll relax and sip afternoon drinks after a day at the beach, sightseeing, shopping, riding bikes or whatever else you fancy doing on your Martha's Vineyard vacation. Gas grill. Outdoor shower is divine and great for rinsing off sand.

Past guests appreciate the cleanliness and uncluttered decor of the home.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS

We provide kitchen linens, paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, dish and dishwasher detergents, hand soap (not bath soap), cleaning products, beach chairs, and beach toys.

For your health and safety, we do not provide sheets and towels. We provide plenty of pillows with pillow covers and mattress covers, blankets, and quilts. You may rent linens and arrange delivery on day of arrival.

Rental rate does not include 9.7% Massachusetts short-term rental tax. It will be added to the payment together with a $750 damage deposit and a $100 cleaning fee.
