We had the great pleasure of returning to this lovely property from July 19-23, and I must say, it exceeded all our expectations.

One of the home's standout features is the spacious outdoor deck, which offers a perfect spot for relaxation and entertaining. Its design maximizes comfort while providing a great space for dining - with seating for 12+ -, lounging, playing games, and so much more.

The home's location is another, major plus. Being so conveniently close to South Beach and Edgartown made our stay exceptionally enjoyable. Whether we were heading out for a beach day or exploring local shops and dining, everything was within a walk, bike ride, or quick drive away.

Returning to this property has been a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it to all looking for a delightful and convenient MV vacation spot. show more show less

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pam and Erich's home. They thought of everything and communicated it all so well. The house was beyond comfortable, and the flexible living spaces were a bonus! Great location and so relaxing. The deck spaces were a favorite of our group. We've rented many times over the years and this was one of the best! Thank you!

This is a fantastic vacation rental in a great location. The house is beautiful inside and out. It is well-maintained and extremely well-stocked with everything needed for a great MV vacation. The back deck with large table and furniture were a highlight -we loved having family meals and hanging out on the deck. The outdoor shower was fantastic. The house is even roomier than appears in photos. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the central AC on humid days. Very close to South Beach -we often walked or biked there as well as into downtown Edgartown. The home is beautiful!! I am so happy that I am able to call this home, my home for one week!

Pam has thought of everything, and I adore this woman whom I have never met and feel like I have known her for years!!

She is responsive and caters to her clients to ensure that all our needs are met!!!

There are so many things to love about this house but for me the best part was not a good night sleep but —a great night sleep — every night! Each room is so comfortable and quiet and with central air the humidity didn't impact our vacation!
The house feels like "your" home almost immediately. It's high ceilings and hard wood floors provide a clean and bright — you're really-on-vacation— feel.
This home is loaded with great features like a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. The deck is almost like a second house with its huge expanse and two separate seating areas.
There's an oversized dinning table just off the kitchen and an outdoor living room with comfortable lounge chairs and a couch. You will definitely spend a lot of time on this deck!
The outdoor shower and fire pit area are also wonderful highlights of this property! The thoughtful owners clearly care about this home and a renter's experience. They're easy to communicate with and include lots of accessories to make you feel at home. The garage is full of beach chairs and accessories and there's a closet filled with extra pillows and blankets. The finished lower level was a popular teen hangout spot. They had lots of games to play and the kids loved having their "own space".
This house is set in a quiet neighborhood and feels like a retreat from bustling Edgartown yet, it's so close to lots of activities! A pleasant walk will bring you to Katama Kitchen which we found to be a great way to start our day for breakfast. A slightly longer walk leads to South beach (a quick drive with ample parking). The house is near a bike path that enables you to bike all over the island!
Edgartown is just a few miles away and the Katama location is a fantastic launching point to explore the whole island. Our kids love the arcade and bowling in Oak Bluffs so we popped over there a couple of evenings. I highly recommend this house as a rental in which you will feel like you are at your own home!

This is a lovely, airy home is in a quiet neighborhood which is also centrally located to everything vacationers would want. We stayed with multiple families. The kids all stayed in the finished lower level — hang out space, full bath, bedroom. The upstairs was comfortable for the adults. The patio functions as additional dining and living space and the yard is large enough for games. The house was perfect for our group. The house is amazingly clean and incredibly comfortable.
