The home is beautiful!! I am so happy that I am able to call this home, my home for one week!

Pam has thought of everything, and I adore this woman whom I have never met and feel like I have known her for years!!

She is responsive and caters to her clients to ensure that all our needs are met!!!

There are so many things to love about this house but for me the best part was not a good night sleep but —a great night sleep — every night! Each room is so comfortable and quiet and with central air the humidity didn't impact our vacation!
The house feels like "your" home almost immediately. It's high ceilings and hard wood floors provide a clean and bright — you're really-on-vacation— feel.
This home is loaded with great features like a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. The deck is almost like a second house with its huge expanse and two separate seating areas.
There's an oversized dinning table just off the kitchen and an outdoor living room with comfortable lounge chairs and a couch. You will definitely spend a lot of time on this deck!
The outdoor shower and fire pit area are also wonderful highlights of this property! The thoughtful owners clearly care about this home and a renter's experience. They're easy to communicate with and include lots of accessories to make you feel at home. The garage is full of beach chairs and accessories and there's a closet filled with extra pillows and blankets. The finished lower level was a popular teen hangout spot. They had lots of games to play and the kids loved having their "own space".
This house is set in a quiet neighborhood and feels like a retreat from bustling Edgartown yet, it's so close to lots of activities! A pleasant walk will bring you to Katama Kitchen which we found to be a great way to start our day for breakfast. A slightly longer walk leads to South beach (a quick drive with ample parking). The house is near a bike path that enables you to bike all over the island!
Edgartown is just a few miles away and the Katama location is a fantastic launching point to explore the whole island. Our kids love the arcade and bowling in Oak Bluffs so we popped over there a couple of evenings. I highly recommend this house as a rental in which you will feel like you are at your own home!

This is a lovely, airy home is in a quiet neighborhood which is also centrally located to everything vacationers would want. We stayed with multiple families. The kids all stayed in the finished lower level — hang out space, full bath, bedroom. The upstairs was comfortable for the adults. The patio functions as additional dining and living space and the yard is large enough for games. The house was perfect for our group. The house is amazingly clean and incredibly comfortable.
