The property is in a great location where a 7-10 minute walk will take you to Sengekontacket Pond and the boat landing, Tuthill & Felix Neck Preserves for hiking, and the Island Bike Path. A short drive will take you to Edgartown Village (1.3 mi), State Beach and Jaws Bridge (3.9 mi), Fuller Street Beach & Edgartown Light (3.7 mi) and Katama Beach (5.5 mi).

The stone driveway leads up to the house where stone steps will take you to the front door. For outdoor living there is a large screened front porch with rockers, a large dining table and a comfortable hammock perfect for reading and naps. Off the back of the house, there is a large deck with Adirondack and lounge chairs, perfect for barbecues and stargazing. There is a large fenced in grass yard surrounded by trees and an outdoor shower for washing away sand and salt after a day at the beach.

As you enter the home, there is an office to your left. To the right is a large, well equipped, family friendly, front to back kitchen that has sliders to the back deck. Off the kitchen, there is a living room with gas fireplace for cool nights. Down the hall off the living room, there is a Primary en-suite bedroom with King bed and sliders to the back deck. On the other end of the hall, there is a laundry room with a half bath and another entrance to the front porch.

The second floor offers another Primary en-suite bedroom with a King bed. Off the main upstairs hallway, there are two more bedrooms, each with a Full bed. There is another full bath off the hallway.

The partially finished basement is accessed through a stairway off the kitchen. It offers another family gathering area with a second TV, a Foosball and PingPong table, and board games. It is well lit with two large windows and a door that leads to the backyard where you can play Corn Hole or just relax is the two Adirondack chairs set under the trees.

There is a detached two car garage in the front of the property that has a studio apartment above it. The studio is rented separately to a quiet year round island resident. You will have access to the garage where you will find beach equipment and toys.
