This charming Vineyard-style home, located in a peaceful residential area, has recently undergone renovations to incorporate modern elements while maintaining its classic shingle architecture. The interior seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living, boasting a heated pool and various outdoor entertainment spaces.

The first floor showcases an open layout adorned with V-Groove paneling and a stylish monochromatic color scheme. The light-filled Living Area features comfortable seating and built-in storage, with French doors leading to a screened porch equipped with outdoor seating. The opposite side of the room opens up to the Dining/Kitchen Areas.

The Dining Area is surrounded by three walls of glass windows and French doors that provide access to the pool and brick patio area. The newly updated Gourmet Kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample workspace. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a study as well as a TV/Family Room with cozy sofa seating and a large screen TV.

This home offers two Primary Bedroom Suites, one on the first floor and another on the second floor, both complete with private en suite bathrooms. Additionally, one of the remaining three bedrooms is situated on the first floor, while the other two are located upstairs. All bathrooms have been recently renovated with new vanities and fixtures. The second floor now benefits from central air conditioning, while the first floor has been equipped with new mini split air conditioning systems. The floors have been refinished, and the entire house has been freshly painted.

The lower level of the house contains a Laundry Area and a Game Area featuring a ping pong table.

Outside, the property features a screened porch and a spacious brick patio surrounding the pool. There are various areas for lounging and outdoor dining. Please note that the pool is heated to 81 degrees during July and August, and the heating cost is included in the rental price. In June and September, there is an additional $250/week heat surcharge for the pool, while in May and October, the surcharge is $350/week if the pool is open.

Lastly, please be aware that there is a minimum rental requirement of two weeks during the month of August.
