This beautiful House has 3 floors of living space. The 1st floor has a formal Living Room, Dining Area and Gourmet Chef’s Kitchen. The well appointed Kitchen has stainless appliances, breakfast bar, stone counters, and farmer's sink. French doors from the Dining Area that open onto the bluestone patio with outdoor dining and lounge areas. There is also a Family Room with a sectional sofa and large screen TV and also has French Doors leading out to the backyard patio and pool areas. The 2nd Floor has 4 bedrooms. The spacious Primary ensuite has an Office Area with private deck. 2 Queen Bedrooms share a full bath, and the other Bedroom with 2 Twin Beds has an ensuite bath. The 3rd floor is an open concept room with 6 twin beds, sectional sofa with TV, game area, and a large outdoor deck.
Guest House- 1 bedroom, full bathroom and kitchenette

The backyard has a large heated pool and bluestone patio with outdoor seating and lounge chairs.

POOL Info: Pool is heated to 82 degrees in July and August, and included in the rent. There is an additional heating surcharge of $250/week in June and September, and $350/week in May and October, if the pool is open
