I am a Realtor on Martha's Vineyard. I have always loved houses and design, and renovated this home with all of my favorite features that I have seen in homes over the years. I have managed vacation rentals for 13+ years and strive to create an experience people will never forget.

What is special about this property?
The property was designed as a personal home - not as a rental. It does not feel like a rental. Everything is top of the line - from the 8 inch wide white oak wood floors to the custom marble vanity from Europe to the art work throughout, guests will appreciate the thoughtful design and features. The pool / landscaping was the most recent project. I wanted it to feel as an extension of the home. It was important to me that there was a mix of materials / elements in the outdoor spaces. The patio has bluestone, rocks, and wood all seamless integrated to give a seamless look. There are multiple seating areas that act as an extension of the home. The pool and hot tub are also seamless to further extend the modern feel of the interior.

Edgartown, MA, is a special and historically rich town on Martha's Vineyard, an island off the coast of Cape Cod. Edgartown offers spectacular beaches, fine dining, art galleries, and plenty of boutiques. South Beach and Norton Point are close to the home and offers miles and miles of natural beauty. Lighthouse Beach / Fuller St Beach is also near by and offers calmer waters and views of downtown Edgartown. Downtown Edgartown has a picture-perfect harbor with captain's homes and sailboats roaming in the harbor.
