Walk to Edgartown, bike to beach, stroll to Katama General Store for morning coffee on the porch, quick drive to Morning Glory to pick up lunch, dinner provisions or yummy pies. Linens, beach chairs and towels provided.

Washer/dryer, wifi, cable (separate tv room). Set back from the road and only a beautiful 1/2 mile stroll to the center of everything Edgartown Village has to offer!

The large backyard is very private with a large, new deck, lush gardens and a pond. Air-conditioned.
