Rustic, charming 3 bedroom home in a private, friendly neighborhood location on a quiet dead-end street in Edgartown. 8 minute walk to downtown Edgartown, shops, and restaurants. Right around the corner from the Katama/South Beach bike path. 2.5 miles to South Beach. 2 miles to State Beach.

The interior on the first floor consists of a small kitchen that opens into the dining room and living room area which is an open concept. There is one bedroom on the first floor with a full-size bed. The 1.5 bathrooms are on the first floor as well. The house is furnished with an eclectic collection of antiques, dating back to the 19th and 20th centuries. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor, consisting of a queen bed in one room, and two twins in the other bedroom.

There is a bunkhouse located in the backyard which contains 2 twin beds. There is a large yard with a patio, the perfect, tranquil spot to start out your day with coffee! Also included is an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. No pets please. Ferry tickets not included.
