All three bedrooms are on the first floor, and share a full bath with tub and shower.

The connected, one-bedroom Guest House suite, has a private entrance as well. It works equally well as a deluxe Master Bedroom suite or separate quarters for family or friends.

The guest house features an open first floor with living/dining/kitchen space, that has a full kitchen, with breakfast bar, and living/lounge Area. The bedroom with en suite bath is upstairs.

The two buildings have separate entrances plus a shared deck and large, fenced-in backyard. The Edgartown Library and Elementary School are next door. The bike path is at the end of the road. Great for family, weddings, and events!

NOTE: Washer and dryer are in the main house basement accessed through the bulkhead only. Linens and towels are available through MVLinens. Offseason, linens may be requested.
