This classic village cape offers walk-to-town convenience with guest house with full kitchen.

The single-level, thee-Bedroom renovated main house has an open living and dining Area. The sleekly designed living area has sofa seating with media center. The gourmet kitchen opens just off the dining area and has stainless appliances, butcher block counters, and a door that opens to the back deck.

All three bedrooms are on the first floor, and share a full bath with tub and shower.

The one-bedroom Guest House suite with 1.5 bath, has a private entrance as well. It works equally well as a deluxe Master Bedroom suite or separate quarters for family or friends.

The guest house features an open first floor with living/dining/kitchen space, that has a full kitchen, with breakfast bar, and living/lounge Area. The bedroom with en suite bath is upstairs.

The two buildings have separate entrances plus a shared deck and large, fenced-in backyard. The Edgartown Library and Elementary School are next door. The bike path is at the end of the road. Great for family, weddings, and events!

NOTE: Washer and dryer are in the main house basement accessed through the bulkhead only. Linens and towels are available through MVLinens. Offseason, linens may be requested.

Please inquire for weekly offseason availability for the guest house.

    Charming home

    This house is beautifully done. Lots of room for family. Very clean very well put together. It is also in a great location. A simple walk to town and you can bike or ride to go to two beaches. It is also a very quiet street. Nice chance to relax and enjoy a a wonderful vacation. Recommended highly

    Elegant, well maintained, island home with all the amenities. Located in a kid friendly area, it is a short walk to rustic ponds with tree-covered trails, the town of Edgartown with its delightful restaurants and quaint shops, and the harbor. Can't wait to return and continue to explore this historical island with its many surprises.

    Idyllic Getaway for Couples or Families

    The place was amazing. It sits on a beautiful quiet street a short walk from all the fun stuff in Edgartown. Inside it's clean and modern and charming with all the amenities we needed. The beds were super comfortable. And the backyard was a little oasis for our kids to play and for us to sit and relax. The owner was super responsive to our questions and gave us great ideas for things to do on the island. We've already been back a second time and this is going to be our 'go-to' spot for Martha's Vineyard every year! show more show less

    I have owned the home for almost a decade and enjoy the island immensely. All stress melts away when I get on the ferry to the island. It is a magical place that I like to share with others.

    What is special about this property?
    Just a quick walk to the center of Edgartown - no car needed. Charming and peaceful home that is well appointed. Close to Fuller, Lighthouse, South Beach. Ride or walk to Morning Glory Farm or explore the island on bikes.

    What is special about your town?
    Fun restaurants, gorgeous historic homes with great, relaxed vibe.
