Our family became vacation rental owners after purchasing our home on Martha's Vineyard in 2025. We have vacationed on the island for years and have enjoyed how the charm of the island, the beautiful beaches, and the relaxed pace of life. As owners, we take pride in making sure the home is comfortable, clean and thoughtfully maintained. We work closely with local vendors to keep the property in excellent condition and to make every stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. We want our guests to feel like they are staying in a true home, not just a rental.
Because we spend much of the off-season improving and caring for the property, we know the home and the island well and are always happy to share recommendations for beaches, restaurants, shopping and activities. Guests can easily spend the day walking through downtown Edgartown, known for its historic white captain's homes, charming streets, boutiques, galleries, and excellent restaurants. The harbor area is perfect for an evening stroll, ice cream, or watching the boats come in.
The property is also conveniently located near some of the island's most popular beaches, including South Beach, which is known for its long stretch of sand and beautiful ocean views. State Beach, a favorite for calmer water and families. Guests are also close to the ferry to Chappaquiddick Island, where they can explore quiet beaches, nature preserves, and the famous Cape Poge Lighthouse.
Other nearby attractions include Morning Glory Farm for fresh local produce and baked goods, scenic bike paths throughout the island (access just across the main road), and easy access to nearby towns like Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven.
