    We have been coming to Marthas Vineyard for many years and have always dreamed of owning our own place. We have only owned this property for a little over a year and have already shared many wonderful memories. We love sharing our place with other families and hearing about their experiences. This is our first experience as renters and we have tried to make the home as comfortable as we can . We are not in the real estate business and our goal in renting is to make the house affordable for us and our children in the future.

    What is special about this property?
    We have probably rented 20-30 properties on Martha's Vineyards over the years and there is something so special about this house. It has the perfect location being close enough to have an easy walk to town but far enough away to avoid the noise and traffic of town. The prior owners made a major investment in the landscaping and we continue to maintain the beautiful landscaping around the relaxing back patio. It is a comfortable modern home in a very quiet neighborhood.

    What is special about your town?
    Edgartown is charming, quaint and beautifully situated along the water. It has the multiple art galleries, shops, restaurants and bars. The old homes around town are a beautiful relic of a time of whaling Captains.
