On the second level there is an over-sized Primary suite, 2 additional large bedrooms, full bath and laundry. 4 bathroom in all, each including a shower or tub making it convenient for showers after the beach, plus an outdoor shower.

The charming guest house comes complete with a bedroom with pocket doors, sitting room, full bath and kitchenette. Have breakfast and coffee while waiting for the main house to wake up or sleep in and avoid the hustle and bustle of the main house. Perfect for a small family, teens, grandparents or extra friends.

Enjoy our wonderful outdoor space, which includes a large yard with perennial gardens, patio and front porch as well as an outdoor shower. After swimming, biking, and exploring everything the island has to offer, relax with family and friends and grill dinner on our spacious patio or enjoy a good book with some hors d’oeuvres while relaxing in our rocking chairs on the front porch.

Our home comes fully equipped for all activities. Other amenities include a Weber grill, bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, lawn games and boogie boards. For rainy days there are games, books and puzzles and of course cable TV and wireless high speed internet. Off-street parking for 3 and a shed for storage are also available.

No need to get in your car. Just stroll to the restaurants, ice cream parlors, boutiques, gift shops, grocery store, museums, library, beach, playground, tennis and so much more. Enjoy a bike ride to the beach, Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven, Chappaquiddick or just cruise the many island bike paths. The possibilities are endless. After your vacation here, you will head home renewed and refreshed, dreaming of your next visit.

The Vineyard has always been a special place for our family, offering so many diverse and wonderful activities.
Before purchasing we rented in Katama and realized you are going to drive to the beach anyway so why not be in town so you can walk to everything including a beach. As soon as you get on the ferry all your worries are gone and you are ready for a PVD (Perfect Vineyard Day). So many great memories have been created here.
