My husband and I have rented this beautiful home several times since 2012. It is set on the idyllic shores of Sengekontacket Pond facing a nature preserve on the opposite side. It is a spectacular waterfront property in a quiet, secluded and forested community offering several amenities, such as tennis and kayaking.

The home has soaring cross-beamed ceilings, a sunroom and a stylishly appointed living room with a fireplace and walls of windows facing the spacious deck and Sengekontacket Pond. There is a well-supplied, high-end kitchen with a large granite island, granite countertops and lovely cherry cabinetry. The main floor also has a mudroom, powder room, a primary and two smaller bedrooms and a bathroom with a tub. The upper floor is a loft with a primary bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and tub, and a small home office space. The house also has high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi and central air conditioning, which is a boon on hot summer days.

The owners are cordial, responsive to all inquiries, and always helpful.

We have rented this home for the past 5 years and have been pleased in every way with our experience. The location with its water access and views to the nature preserve and wildlife on the pond are fantastic. The house is always clean and well cared for and stocked with everything for a care-free vacation. The owners are very accommodating and wonderful to contact. There are readily available maintenance folks should they ever be needed.

We have already booked for next season.

Been going for close to 20 years. An exceptional home and perfectly maintained, not the typical rental. Perfect location and direct access to the water. Can’t ask for more.
