Our family has been renting Ken and Caroline's home for the last 10 years for 2-3 weeks. We have been so happy there and so looked forward to our vacations in their home. We have now become happy homeowners on the Vineyard leaving their home available for another lucky summer renters. Our two week rental allowed us to be exempt from taxes which was a huge savings on our rent.

We are repeat renters and just love this home. The home is close to beaches, downtown Edgartown and bike paths. The LR, dining area, kitchen and bedrooms are spacious. The master bedroom is especially spacious. The kitchen is very well stocked and was great as we cooked most of our meals at home this vacation.

Patio, gardens and lawn were great. We played many games of corn hole out back as well as many card games on the patio. We did have a few very hot days this year and were saved by the AC.

However, best feature of all were the owners, Caroline and Ken. They were very helpful, considerate and very easy to talk with. They were very much part of our wonderful vacation!!! show more show less

The house was great! Amazing location! Beautiful backyard! Owner was a pleasure to deal with and so helpful. Overall the house was fabulous and comfortable . We used bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas.. so great to have that all there!

Beautiful place to stay where we definitely feel at home. We definitely enjoyed staying here! It was convenient and easy to get to, and the owners were very thoughtful in all the amenities and supplies they provide. I would definitely stay here again

We really enjoyed our recent family trip with 7 persons. We needed a house with 4 bedrooms. The house is located on a quiet street only one mile from downtown Edgartown. We made a number of walks to Edgartown during our week. The house has central air and was very well decorated, well-stocked and comfortable. The living areas are spacious allowing for everyone to send quality time together. Two suites on the main floor are on opposite ends of the house, allowing for privacy (two doors separate each suite and block any noise from the living areas). Plenty of TVs and channels. We have stayed at this home for two years, and plan to vacation here as long as Caroline and Ken will rent to us. This home is in a great location — just close enough to walk to town, but far enough away that it is quiet. It’s also a very short drive or bike ride to South Beach. The home is very comfortable, warm and inviting on the inside as well as outside for my family of 5. The yard and patio are truly beautiful. The kitchen is very well-appointed, which is important to me and my family.

Caroline and Kenny are wonderful landlords. Very fair, honest and just plain nice. I would highly recommend this vacation home without any hesita show more show less

Everything we could want! We rented the Kitts Field house for three weeks in August and had a wonderful vacation on Martha’s Vineyard. The house is in a great location. We were within walking distance to downtown Edgartown and just a short bike ride to South Beach. Also, the house was spotlessly clean and well set up for a family beach vacation. For example, there were beach towels, bikes, chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen. We grilled most nights and dined outside on the patio in the beautiful yard. A beautiful, clean home with central air.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in your beautiful home on the island and were extremely comfortable. We had absolutely everything we needed. Your yard was gorgeous and at times the kids just wanted to hang out and play games on the grass instead of trekking around the island. The location was perfect to get into town and to the beach. The kids could bike to town for ice cream and it was even an easy ride to South Beach. Everyone was extremely pleased, comfortable and happy.
