    Great house, very clean, well stocked, awesome deck!

    This is the perfect rental- it has a nice open floor plan, and the owner stocked everything you need in the kitchen and more. The owner was a great communicator and even called to remind me about garbage pickup which I appreciated. They had beach chairs we could use and a wonderful outdoor shower. The house is very clean- I am super particular about bathrooms, and the bathrooms were spotless. Since there is no A/C the owner provided a lot of fans. It is a great location - very close to the bike trail. 2 miles to South Beach (where you can buy a drive on beach permit) and 1.5 miles to downtown Edgartown. I would definitely rent here again.
