As soon as you enter this charming studio apartment you will feel relaxed and at home. The studio has an open and airy feel and is decorated in a peaceful Key West theme. The studio includes a queen size bed, and an inviting living area. A kitchenette includes a stovetop, mini fridg, microwave and coffee pot, if you have a desire to prepare some food on your vacation. If not, the Katama General store is nearby with wonderful pastries and take out food. There are also many excellent restaurant choices in downtown Edgartown to suit any tastes.

Your studio includes a beautiful deck with table and chairs, overlooking a garden area, as well as a private patio in the garden with a grill for outdoor cooking. An after beach shower is private and located in a treed area to rinse off after spending a day at nearby South Beach.

We are just steps away from a bike path to bike into Edgartown Center or South Beach, or you can hop onto the beach bus, which can take you to the beach or town.

We provide cable and wireless internet for relaxing and staying connected while you are away. Checking email in a beautiful setting is so much better than sitting in an office!

If you just want to be away from it all, this is the perfect for a romantic couples getaway.

    Great Value for Price!

    We stayed at this beautiful apartment for a quick summer trip to MV. It surely did not disappoint. It was just what we needed and the location is absolutely wonderful. Helen was the perfect host and really supplied everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this property.

    Just Lovely

    This place was just perfect for our needs. Even nicer than the pictures show.

    Very secluded and quiet yet right off the main bike path to Katama beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and Helen provided lots of small touches like rain ponchos and a cover for the bikes in case it rained. We used the grill several nights and the outdoor shower daily.

    Martha's Vineyard is my "happy place" and this "Key West" property did not disappoint.

    Perfect Spot

    We loved our stay at Helen's home. It had everything we needed and the location was just perfect. Close to our favorite beaches. Home was very clean! Homeowner Helen was available by text and got right back to us! Wonderful stay.

    Private and cozy

    We arrived on MV to celebrate our anniversary and had a fantastic stay in the studio. The pictures don't do this place justice. The cleanliness and attention to detail by the owners is unmatched (we have been renting on MV for the past 8 years). The privacy, quietness, and ease of coming and going make this an exceptional property. Great location to all the Vineyard has to offer. ... What a find!

    August stay

    My wife and I stayed here for a week during August. The apartment is in an excellent location, only a short distance from Edgartown and South Beach. As soon as we arrived inside, we were impressed by how well equipped, beautifully decorated and spotless the interior was. Furthermore, Helen and Bob were extremely welcoming, hospitable and ready to help with any recommendations for activities during our stay. Thank you so much to the hosts for making our stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. We will definitely be returning next summer. Wonderful apartment.
