Downstairs is a separate and quiet den. The house has air conditioning, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, two flatscreen TVs, cable, WiFi and a propane barbecue grill. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, glasses and dishes and towels and sheets are provided. It is ideal for couples!

    Amazing location!

    Clean, maintained, modern loft apartment perfect for a couple or small family. Location is ideal, can get anywhere in the Edgartown area within a 10 minute drive. Robert was extremely communicative and helpful, would stay here again in a heartbeat!

    Lovely Katama carriage house

    Location, location, location. Modern carriage house located a five minute drive to South Beach/ 15 minute bike ride. The bike path is located at the end of the street. 10 minute drive to Edgartown.

    This house has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The open modern kitchen makes cooking a breeze and you can store your bikes indoors in the garage so they stay dry. WiFi is fast and reliable too. This is our third visit here and we hope to return next year.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Carriage House. Very well appointed and equipped contemporary, open and comfortable. Two nicely furnished decks open to large private yard.
    Easy bike to beach, Edgartown, Mornig Glory Farm, and the airport. We will return and highly recommend.

    Great Place

    The carriage house is in excellent condition, clean, quiet, bright and excellent location. Perfect for a couple or small family. Has everything you need. Just brought in meat and fish to grill each night. Just showed up and was very easy. Left the screen doors open every night and enjoyed the fresh ocean air. Bike, walk, and go to beach during the day, peaceful at night. Highly recommend.

    Amazing Location, Easy Bike Ride to Beach and Town

    This is a lovely, newly renovated property. The home is well appointed with all modern amenities. The quiet location is very convenient, about 1.7 miles to South Beach and an easy bike ride to Edgartown. This was our second time staying at this property, and we would definitely return and even have referred a number of friends to the listing.
