This spacious 4 bedroom, fully air conditioned, Katama beauty —located just 1.5 miles from Edgartown Village, 2.5 miles from South Beach, and 1 mile to both Morning Glory Farm and the Katama General Store — provides easy access to all that Edgartown has to offer. Ferry tickets are available for purchase for certain weeks.

A quiet farmer’s porch welcomes you to our Colonial Cape-style home where you can sit and enjoy the peace and quiet or continue in to our home’s spacious first floor, featuring a large family room with a flat screen TV and comfy sofas. On either side of the family room are the master suite and the newly renovated open kitchen equipped with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a cozy dining nook overlooking the back deck. A large laundry room connects the kitchen to the garage, where there is another full bathroom you can use to clean up after hitting the beach (that is, if you don’t want to use the spacious outdoor shower). Finally, an expansive new deck with a gas grill, patio table, chairs and umbrella, all with easy access to the kitchen and living areas and the new 16' x 32' Gunite pool! There is also a ping pong table in the garage and a Sonos system throughout the first floor.

The first floor master suite has a king size bed, a flat screen TV and a sliding door to the expansive deck. There are two additional guest rooms on the second floor — one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds — that share a full bathroom with a tub and shower. Over the attached garage is a massive bonus room with a queen bed, sleeper sofa and two daybeds.

We provide virtually everything you need so you can start enjoying everything the island has to offer as soon as you arrive!!

NOTE: Pool is heated to 81 degrees. Heat is included in July and August but is an additional $300/week in June and September and $400/week in May and October. read more show less

    Perfect House in the Perfect Location

    Adam was a responsive host and this house was perfect for a large family or extended family. The inside and outside were clean, beautiful pool in back and much relaxation was had on the front porch. There were plenty of beach towels and the house had anything you'd need to cook up a feast. The beds were very comfortable and pictures online are true to the place. We love this area and recommend to anyone who wants to be outside biking,running and walking as the paths are super safe and very scenic. Highly recommend this place to all show more show less

    Great spot for a family vacation!

    This was our first visit to the Vineyard in many years. We were attracted to this home because it had a brand new salt water pool. Our three grandchildren 14, 10 and 9 enjoyed the pool every day, even when it rained a bit, and also were thrilled to have the pool in the early evening for a "night swim". They loved the fact that they had the bonus room upstairs away from the rest of the family all to themselves!

    The house was immaculate when we arrived and was well stocked with all necessities. The outdoor shower was a plus also. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Close to Edgartown's restaurants and shopping. show more show less

    Fabulous home

    Our family of 5 rented for a week and could not have asked for a more wonderful home. The owners went above and beyond with communication leading up to our stay as well as making sure every detail was covered for a perfect vacation

    The welcome book is full of great information, the house is well stocked including basic spices, paper supplies, great beach chairs etc.

    A perfect home for a getaway on MV. Close to town yet wonderful privacy when you are sitting by the pool or on the deck. We will be sure to recommend to friends and family and hope to be back next year! show more show less

    Relaxation at a lovely home!

    We were a party of 7 with 3 young adults and 2 13 year olds along with us. The pool was fabulous and kept everyone entertained. The house was luxurious laid out so everyone had their own space.
    We found the location very peaceful and near enough to Edgartown. Bring bikes!

    Perfect home away from home.

    Our party of 6 adults and 4 children were perfectly accommodated by this lovely home. The pool and back deck were a wonderful retreat and the front porch was great for watching the rain and enjoying a beverage. The space was just right and we look forward to returning again.
