This house has a beautiful modern kitchen with the latest appliances. The house is full of light and we enjoyed sitting outside on the deck. Our favorite spot was the pool. The pool is large enough for laps with lounge chairs and umbrellas. We had a wonderful time!

Our recent stay at the Katama vacation home was an absolute dream come true. Our family had a great stay! We especially enjoyed having a short walk/bike ride to the beach while still staying on a quiet private road. The hosts were very responsive and gave great recommendations. The house is perfect for a family summer vacation.

We stayed for a week at the Katama Farm property, and I couldn't have had a better time. As a native west-coastian, I was skeptical of the east coast, but it was truly a delightful experience. The property itself struck the perfect balance between a cozy home and a luxury vacation rental. Having access to extras like the bicycles was a huge plus that allowed us to easily get to the beach or in town for any kind of adventure we were in the mood for. If you're like me, sometimes on vacation you'll feel guilty for not constantly going out to explore. This was far from the case this time. Staying in the house all day and just lounging, stress free, was one of my favorite parts of my stay, and the vibes definitely accommodated for it.

We had an amazing stay over the Memorial Day weekend. The house and yard are impeccable and we loved the outdoor patios, roof top hangout, plus the pool and large back yard. It's a quick walk to the beach and a very private and quiet location. This is the ideal place for a large family / friends gathering. We will definitely want to come back!

The house is beautiful and fully equipped, nothing is missing. The location can't be beat, walking distance to the beach, a short bike ride into town. The house is decorated with a charming exquisite taste, wonderful swimming pool with lounge chairs, outdoor shower, great fire pit and a large garden. It is so comfortable that it makes you want to stay at home the whole time. We enjoyed the best sunsets from the rooftop. Would love to go back every year!

Second year in a row staying at this wonderful house. I love the pool, firepit, bikes and the distance to the beach cant be beat. great place and lots of space for everyone to hang out. looking forward to coming back next year!

This property made for a splendid week in Katama for our family. The house comfortably accommodated our party of 4 adults and three children.

The set up, instructions, amenities and condition of the house were perfect. The mineral pool provided an excellent beach alternative on the days where the weather was not as good. Property was conveniently located close to South Beach via a short car ride if bringing lots of gear or bike ride. House had beach umbrellas, chairs and toys that were readily accessible and in good condition. Additionally, the house had comfortable pool chairs and umbrellas to provide shade in the pool area as well as bikes in good condition that saved us from having to separately rent bikes.

During our week, our family was able to enjoy beautiful sunsets from the rooftop patio as well as roasting marshmallows around the fire pit and barbecuing on the patio. I look forward to my family staying here once again.

We absolutely loved this house. Very clean, beds are comfortable, and everything you need cooking wise provided in the kitchen. The house has plenty of space for everyone to hang out between the large living room and kitchen, outdoor deck, roof deck and pool area. The pool is heated and the chairs are great.

It's the perfect location to the beach, short walk or bike ride. And a short bike ride to town. I loved that the house provided bikes with the rental; we definitely put them to good use. We can't wait to stay here again next year!

This lovely and immaculate home has everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation! Lots of comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces for all ages to gather. We loved the spacious deck with dining table, gas grill and lounge chairs. Also enjoyed the fire pit, huge lawn for kids to play and rooftop deck for sunset cocktails, even a heated pool for evening swims - delightful! The kitchen is large and very well equipped. Plenty of towels, blankets, etc. Great outdoor shower. Bikes in the garage came in very handy to get to beach or downtown Edgartown. Owner was easy to work with and very accommodating. We will definitely be back next summer!!

This was our 10th summer vacation on the Vineyard, and our fourth in this special property. The location is quintessential Katama, sandwiched between sweeping farmlands and the gorgeous Atlantic surf. It's an easy bike ride into Edgartown (nearly all of it on the bike path) and a <5 minute bike ride to South Beach (you'll never have to worry about parking again), and though it's so convenient to everything, the house is tucked away on a quiet country lane. Inside, everything is beautifully maintained and has a stylishly modern but cozy vibe. The kitchen is wonderful for cooking, and the way it's designed -- opening out onto the dining area which in turn opens out onto the deck -- makes it terrific for large meals with family and friends. The owner is always a pleasure to deal with, and the caretaker is super responsive and professional.

We are long time visitors to Katama, and this property was by far our most memorable. Short walk to South Beach and The Right Fork Diner. Great layout, the house feels much larger than the listed square footage. Updated and well stocked kitchen. Great views, we especially enjoyed nightly sunsets from the roof deck. Large master bedroom with private sitting area and bathroom. Our girls loved the two ship designed bunkbeds. The owners were very communicative and on top of all details. Checking in and out was smooth. I highly recommend this property.

A gorgeous home with modern decor and a brand new state of the art kitchen situated just a short bike ride to South Beach. Perfect home for 2 families to share with everything you could possibly need: Bikes, Beach chairs, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor shower, fire pit, large yard for whiffle ball games and a pool to relax by after the beach! The views from the multi level decks were just gorgeous for sunset with a glass of wine! The homeowner and caretaker were both extremely responsive and friendly.

We loved everything about this house - the location was terrific so close to the beach. The house was spacious and comfortable for the 10 of us. The house is very well equipped - there are bikes, beach chairs and a great grill to make dinners. The pool is big and lots of fun. We will definitely stay there again!
