Front porch and extra large backyard and frontage. Massive back deck with multiple seating areas that's great for cocktails during the stunning golden hours. New Weber grill. Large oversized outside shower with changing area.
Walking distance to Edgartown village and minutes from stunning South Beach where there is free parking. Situated close to the bike trail with 2-3 bikes included along with beach chairs and umbrella!
