    We have owned this home since 2003 and would like to retire here someday!!!!!! Please treat it as such,we really appreciate your rental!!!!! If you need to relax, this is the place w/out spending too much, comparable 4 bedrooms in katama go for considerably more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    This house is in a quiet nieghborhood close to town and south beach. Perfect for families and w/ in biking distance of downtown.

    Katama katama katama!!!!!! Its the only place on mv that is close to south beach/town and is the most desirable rental area. Close enough to everything yet very secluded!!!!!
