The main floor of Captain Spring House features an open Great Room designed for entertaining, with living and dining areas, plus a large Gourmet Kitchen. The fully-equipped Chef''s Kitchen features marble countertops, grand prep island/breakfast bar with seating for eight, Wolf and Sub Zero stainless appliances, two farmhouse sinks, double dishwashers, and a wine refrigerator. There are hardwood floors and high ceilings throughout the home.

All four of the bedrooms feature full marble baths with tub and shower, and flat screen TVs. The second floor Master Suite also has a glass walk-in shower and whirlpool tub with harbor views.

The views get even better on the third floor Penthouse Lounge, with its sectional seating, wet bar, refrigerators, and two large mahogany sun decks, both of which face the harbor. One also has an outdoor shower.<br /> <br /> The lower level features both a Home Theater and a Pool Room Lounge. There is a tournament pool table and a fully-equipped wet bar. Captain Spring House sits quietly on a side street, just a block from downtown with all its restaurants, shops, and ferries.<br /> <br /> During the summer months (July and August), the Captain Spring House is a Sunday-to-Sunday rental.     Stunning property
    August 2024

    This was our second time staying at this stunning property and, somehow, it exceeded our expectations! From the beatutifully appointed interior and high-end appliances, our every need was met. And, the location couldn't have been better with restaurants, shopping, ice cream parlors, and coffee shops just steps away, all of which add to an ideal island experience. We will definitely return next year!
