This large home sleeps 9 and features 4 very spacious bedrooms each with its own luxury en suite full bathroom with custom tile, marble and granite. Central air-conditioning, Gourmet Kitchen, expansive outdoor area with Farmer’s Porch, Bluestone Patio, outdoor Shower, designer furnishings - all make for a pleasant and memorable Vineyard vacation. The large open living area is perfect for entertaining your group. The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous granite counter space with counter seating. The Dining Room and Living room are open to the kitchen, making for easy entertaining and modern living. There is a Large 60” flat screen TV and plenty of board games for entertainment.

The first floor boasts one MBR with a Queen bed and Full Bathroom with custom tiled shower. The second floor has a large second MBR with King Bed and sitting area. A large en suite bathroom with double sink, granite countertops and custom tiled shower finish off this space. The third bedroom has a Queen Bed with a twin daybed in the room, en suite bathroom with granite countertop and custom tiled shower/bathtub combination. The fourth bedroom has 2 Full Beds, en suite bathroom with granite countertop, and custom tiled shower/bathtub combination. There are spacious closets in all of the bedrooms.

The wrap around Farmer’s Porch will be a favorite spot for breakfast, lunch or cocktails, or just to curl up and read the latest best selling novel. The generous blue stone patio has a gas grill and large table and chairs for plenty of outdoor seating. Ping-Pong enthusiasts will be happy to know there is a ping-pong table in the unfinished basement. There is a laundry room on the first floor. The house has central Air Conditioning.

New for 2022- A full finished basement complete with media area, wet bar, full bath, office and ping-pong just completed.

VINEYARD HAVEN
The town of Vineyard Haven, or “Tisbury”, is Martha’s Vineyard’s year round port of entry, home to the Steamship Authority. The busy harbor is also home to the Black Dog Tallships, Gannon & Benjamin boatyard, and hundreds of private vessels. The harbor has played a central role in the town’s development since its inception. Originally named Holmes Hole, the harbor provided a safe haven for ships on a busy shipping route in the 18th & 19th centuries. Vineyard Haven’s downtown area offers a variety of services year round, including shops, restaurants and art galleries, and is now a proud part of the Vineyard Haven Harbor Cultural District. The district stretches from the Vineyard Playhouse on Upper Main St., to include the new home of the Martha’s Vineyard Museum and the Martha’s Vineyard Film Center on the other side – with lots of vibrant and entertaining art and cultural offerings in between. On the outskirts of downtown, Owen Park is another draw for seasonal entertainment. It includes a park with playground and small public beach with a view of the busy harbor. Further from town, the West Chop Lighthouse beckons. It has been guiding visitors safely into the harbor since 1818 and is on the National Register of Historic Places.

We have consulted the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) and are implementing practices to ensure we have the best cleaning and disinfecting protocols. Rest assured that we are taking this necessary precaution to ensure that you are enjoying an environment that maintains high standards for cleanliness. As part of our improved pre-arrival process, our specially selected house cleaning service will devote more than 33% more time to the cleaning process than before. Below is the 9 step process that will be utilized before you occupy your home. To comprehensively clean your home, our cleaning staff will be complying with new guidelines from the CDC and WHO.
1. Compliance with the CDC and WHO include using approved disinfectant products and a more stringent regimen for cleaning common surfaces such as doorknobs, handles, countertops, and light switches.
2. As your house has beach chairs, all will be wiped down before you enter your home.
3. All of the cleaning personnel will do the following:
- Wear disposable gloves
- Wear masks
- Clean surfaces using soap, water then use disinfectant
- Routine cleaning of the most frequently used and HIGH TOUCH surfaces such as (tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, sinks, etc.)
4. Our cleaning staff will use EPA-registered household disinfectant
5. Mop bucket water will be changed at least 3 times vs the standard 1 time.
6. Laundry – As we will provide beach towels for all guests, the towels will be washed with disposable gloves and in the warmest appropriate water setting and dry items completely.
7. Outdoor areas – with disposable gloves the outdoor tables, outside of the grill will be wiped down with the appropriate cleaning products.
8. All of the cleaning staff will be educated on cleaning and laundry
