Our newly renovated 2 bedroom cottage is a perfect summer getaway for 1 or 2 couples or a small family. It is small, but high ceilings and lots of windows make it feel light and airy.

The home has brand new kitchen appliances, bathroom, bedding, towels, and AC. One bedroom has a queen and one has a full-size bed. The large deck is furnished with lounge chairs, picnic table, bbq, and outdoor shower. (Pix coming soon) The deck opens up to a private garden surrounded on three sides by a nature preserve.

Bike into town, or to the little local beach. Hop in a car or bus to hit one of Martha's Vineyard's great beaches or quaint towns. Don't miss the famous West Chop sunsets at ''the Chop,'' or the miles of trails in the West Chop woods.

Our house is well equipped for a perfect beach vacation. We have BBQ, outdoor shower, washer/dryer, inflatable beach toys, beach towels, and beach chairs. We have WiFi, and a Roku connected TV.

    Cozy cottage packs a mighty punch

    We loved staying in the cottage - it was perfect for two of us and could also work for parents and a couple of kiddos. Recently renovated and boasting all mod cons (splits for heating/cooling, good WiFi, all-new appliances, stackable washer/dryer) makes for a seamless stay. As you drive up, it looks small but is more spacious inside. The owner is very responsive and good with the communications and there were no surprises. Situated less than a mile from West Chop and a similar distance to downtown Vineyard Haven, we loved the location. Enjoy show more show less

    Awesome cottage

    This cottage is at the end of a long, classic Vineyard driveway. It is unique, charming and homey. The décor and furniture choices really give it personality. But it is also all brand new; new bathroom, kitchen, appliances, floors, ceilings, walls, heating/cooling system etc. So no scary corners or overly "rustic" areas that you find in some vacation rentals. The huge deck is wonderful, giving you peace and seclusion. You can sit there and enjoy the sun surrounded by a beautiful Oak forest preserve. At the road end of the driveway you can go right to walk into Vineyard Haven or left to go by West chop light house. Really it is hard to beat. show more show less
