The dining room, just off the kitchen, includes a two-seat storage-peninsula and comfortable, kid-friendly seating for eight. Small appliances include a coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave and a dishwasher for quick clean-up. Just off the kitchen is the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The living space includes a family room with a SMART TV and an adjoining reading/board game room with sliding door access to the screened porch.

Other amenities include a driveway for two cars, additional street parking, easy access to public transportation, beach towels and beach chairs.

Rental is from Saturday to Saturday during the high season.
Check-in time is at 5:00pm and check-out time is 12:00PM.
You will be provided an access code for keyless entry at check-in.
