One mile from the Vineyard Haven ferry terminal. This modified Cape has three bedrooms and two full baths. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a queen size bed and another bedroom with two twin beds. The upstairs bathroom has a shower. The third bedroom is on the first floor off the kitchen and supports a queen sized bed allowing the house to sleep six.

The downstairs bathroom has a tub and shower unit. The kitchen is separated from the dining/living room area by a breakfast bar. The large dining room table seats six comfortably. The living room has a wood stove fireplace a sectional couch and a television.

Outside there is a back deck with a new grill, some bench seats along the perimeter and some outdoor furniture. There is also an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach, or would just enjoy looking at the stars while you bathe.

Lake Tashmoo town landing is a short walk away, and the public tennis courts are even closer.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood that is so safe I leave the house unlocked all year round.
