The main level living room has vaulted ceilings, large windows that allow plenty of natural light, a wood burning fireplace, French doors that open onto a lovely private deck area and Music Room with a six-foot Weinbach grand piano! Also found on the first floor is a formal Dining Room that sits within a semi-private area surrounded by bay windows. Breakfast nook in the recently updated kitchen with new counters, sink, refrigerator and induction range.

As you head upstairs you will find two bedrooms each with their own full bathroom. The Primary Bedroom with king size bed has vaulted ceilings and a deluxe Primary Bath with soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second Bedroom with queen bed has an en suite bath also with a tub. The third Bedroom, found on the lower level, has two twin beds.

The Townhouse is on the end of a three-unit group. The four tennis courts, pool, basketball hoop and small playground are literally just across the street. There is a lifeguard on duty at the pool in season. The private ocean beach and a public beach are both a short drive away. There is also an association dock and mooring access in Lake Tashmoo. The association has a network of wooded walking trails. Mink Meadow Golf Course is nearby and downtown Vineyard Haven, with its restaurants, shops, and ferry.

Association Pool is not heated.
