Two bedroom, one full bath condo tucked away just minutes from downtown Vineyard Haven. Minutes walk to the local children"s park and sports fields. The small association has a private pool for your use. Condo is on the second floor of the building, with one dedicated parking spot in front of the building. Completely renovated in 2022 with all new paint, new floors in majority of unit, new HVAC with ducted air conditioning in 2022, new lights and stove. Condo is approximately 800 sq feet interior space, quiet and with windows with southwest exposure capturing the evening light. Private covered outdoor deck immediately out the front door (pictured) with sitting area.
The rental permit from the Town of Tisbury restricts the rental occupancy to 4 individuals.

The master bedroom has a high-end king size Tempurpedic bed with electronic controls to elevate the head/foot of the bed. Second bedroom with queen sized bed and twin bed. Closet in each bedroom. The bathroom has been updated, tub/shower setup. Coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle for hot water, fully outfitted kitchen, vacuum, board games, books about the Vineyard, art on the walls. <br /> <br /> There is a Smart TV in Living Room and Master Bedroom. <br /> <br /> This is a new rental for us, but we previously owned another property on the Vineyard for several years and are available to help with any questions you may have. Beds are updated and very comfortable ; pillows, mattress covers, several light blankets supplied but towels and linens not provided.     Hidden Gem in Vineyard Haven

    Due to our original rental falling through we had to scramble to find another place. Luckily, this cozy rental was available right across the street from our usual rental. Tom was so helpful. He helped us get ferry tickets for our car, left baseball tickets & quarters for laundry. The unit was beautifully appointed & comfortable. Patio offered comfy furniture & a nice place to relax in evenings or early morning coffee breaks. Would most definitely recommend to family & friends who are visiting the island. show more show less

    Our week-long stay at this Vineyard Haven condo was nothing short of fantastic. Traveling to the island with our family of four, we found this rental to be the perfect base for our adventures.Vineyard Haven is a picturesque destination and the condo's location allows easy access to stunning world-class beaches, walks into town and peaceful late afternoon swimming at the pool. The condo is beautifully decorated in a warm, welcoming style.The living space was comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch to enjoy island breezes.The owner is responsive, and so helpful especially advising us on navigating a car ferry reservation.Truly the spot to rent for your next vacation at a place that nourishes the soul. show more show less

    Condo Living on the Vineyard

    We had a beautiful two weeks at this condo rental. Its proximity to Vineyard Haven and central-ish location on the island made it very convenient -- we loved walking into Vineyard Haven for dinner or ice cream, and it was also nice to not have to drive too far to any of our favorite beaches (Long Point, Lambert's Cove, Aquinnah, South Beach). We also enjoyed having a lovely pool at which to swim and relax at the end of the day!
    The condo was very clean with a well-stocked kitchen.
