The small association has a private pool for your use. Condo is on the second floor of the building, with one dedicated parking spot in front of the building. Completely renovated in 2022 with all new paint, new floors in majority of unit, new HVAC with ducted air conditioning in 2022, new lights and stove. Condo is approximately 800 sq feet interior space, quiet and with windows with southwest exposure capturing the evening light. Private covered outdoor deck immediately out the front door (pictured) with sitting area. **Transferable car / ferry reservation available for July 27-Aug 3 week). 2024 is our first season so no reviews yet!

The master bedroom has a high-end king size Tempurpedic bed with electronic controls to elevate the head/foot of the bed. Second bedroom with queen sized bed and twin bed. Closet in each bedroom. The bathroom has been updated, tub/shower setup. Coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle for hot water, fully outfitted kitchen, vacuum, board games, books about the Vineyard, art on the walls.

There is a Smart TV in Living Room and Master Bedroom.

This is a new rental for us, but we previously owned another property on the Vineyard for several years and are available to help with any questions you may have. Beds are updated and very comfortable ; pillows, mattress covers, several light blankets supplied but towels and linens not provided.
