Greetings!
Pine Tree Cottage is not a commercial rental, but a comfortable family home that we share with those who seek a relaxing getaway on Martha's Vineyard during the summer months. Our family loves active, nature-based travel experiences. With 30+ years living full-time on Martha's Vineyard, we'll share some of our favorite trails, beaches, restaurants, shops, and activities and tips to make the most of your time here. We live right around the corner, and we're readily available to answer your questions, address any issues that may arise, and welcome you at Pine Tree Cottage.
Warm regards,
Nancy and family

It's a bustling port town with lots of restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries, and an active working waterfront. There are yoga classes, health and fitness clubs, day spas, and hair/nail salons for personal pampering. Children's activities include weekly day camps, sailing and tennis lessons, and street fairs.
The town's beaches include Eastville (by the Lagoon drawbridge), where you can watch the ferries, tall ships, and sailboats going in and out of the harbor; Owen Park and the town dock near the ferry terminal; Owen Little Way beach by the VH Yacht Club; and the town beach at Lake Tashmoo, with ocean frontage on Vineyard Sound and the smooth sandy beach and warmer waters of Lake Tashmoo itself.
