We have been a vacation rental owner for more than 10 years, and our goal has always been to create a welcoming space where guests can truly unwind. The property has been a special place for my family for over 20 years, and we've put a lot of care into making it comfortable, relaxing, and thoughtfully equipped. I want every guest to feel at home the moment they arrive and to enjoy the same sense of comfort and ease that we've cherished here ourselves.

The property's greatest assets are its privacy and peaceful setting, tucked just off the beaten path, yet still within walking distance to center of Vineyard Haven (3 minute drive from the VH Ferry) and only a few minutes' drive from a beautiful private beach. We love that it feels like a true retreat. Guests can enjoy the heated swimming pool, tennis courts, and basketball court, or take a quiet walk through the surrounding nature. One of the most unique pleasures is relaxing on the large deck, where hummingbirds and butterflies often swing by to say hello. It's a place designed for comfort, calm, and connecting with the outdoors.

Visitors love exploring the Martha's Vineyard Museum and scenic spots like Owen Park Beach and the historic West Chop Lighthouse, all noted as major attractions in the area.
