This home is just moments from Main Street, where the harbor views, local shops, restaurants, and ferry access create the rhythm of daily island life year round. Central and convenient, it offers an ideal home base for experiencing Martha’s Vineyard at an easy, unhurried pace.

The four bedrooms and two full bathrooms are on the second floor. The half bath is on first floor with large washer/dryer for easy use.

Primary Suite
The primary suite offers a king bed, 2 dressers and 2 closets, with an ensuite private bathroom featuring a tiled stall shower with a glass door—designed for comfort and quiet at the end of the day.

Queen Bedroom
The second bedroom includes Queen bed, closet, two dressers, and a smart tv.

Twin Bedroom
The third bedroom features a twin beds, wicker dresser and a closet. (smart tv from sitting room can be moved here if preferred)

Daybed/Office
This bedroom has a single trundle day bed. It can be used as a twin bed &/or comfortable sofa, a perfect private retreat for reading and/or watching tv. There is a smart tv on a tall dresser, storage bench and a desk/office space in the closet. Hanging rack is available. It is comfortable for one adult, but also great for two kids for a sleepovers or short term.<br /> <br /> The Heart of the Home<br /> The open-concept living and kitchen area is filled with natural light from sliding glass doors, allowing the indoors and outdoors (The pool/firepit/patio is amazing!) to flow easily together. Central air, plenty of off-street parking, and thoughtful layout details make everyday living feel effortless. Smart Televisions are available in the main living area as well as the sitting room/office. The first floor bathroom includes large washer/dryer for added convenience.<br /> <br /> Kitchen and Dining<br /> The kitchen is equipped with a propane oven & stove top, dishwasher, beverage refrigerator, and a large two-door refrigerator (water ice dispenser on door) with extra flexible drawer and pull-out freezer (with ice balls!). Bar seating invites casual mornings, while the full dining table in the dining room sets the scene for shared meals after a day at the beach. In the summer there are two outdoor tables (seating for 8) and bar seating for 4 at the grill area.<br /> <br /> Outdoor Living<br /> The backyard offers a large resort style patio with a grill/bar area, wood firepit and (in the summer season an outdoor shower and a dipping pool (4 foot deep - 10'x 16')' these are open June - Sept/Oct.
