This waterfront ranch is newly renovated and the perfect rental for the family who likes the outdoors. Enjoy paddling the lagoon in the 2 person kayak provided with rental.

Quiet, peaceful, dead end street - short walk to town & ferry. Relax on the spacious wrap around deck.

There are 3 sliding glass doors off the sunken living room and french doors off the sunken dining room and master bedroom - all overlooking the water. These rooms open onto a large wrap around deck. From the deck it is only steps to 120 feet of waterfront.

The large bathroom has a double vanity, separate from the bath area, there is also a large outdoor shower. The louvre-enclosed washer & dryer are located in the central hall.

Trash removal is supplied. Bring your own linens & towels.

Pets may be considered by the landlord.
