My husband and I spent five weeks during the Fall in Unit C-10. Lynne provides everything needed in this cozy condo. When the clocks were turned back, our walkway was quite dark. I called Lynne and the issue was remedied the next night! Also, short walk to downtown Vineyard Haven is a plus. I would recommend this condo and location!!

We spent 10 relaxing days at unit C10, right next to the pool. That's been the highlight for my wife each time we've stayed here (our fourth year this time)....just steps (I mean three or four) to a very comfortable deck and pretty, sparkling clean pool. I'm a fisherman, so mornings took me to all parts of the Vineyard chasing striped bass and albies--just 10 minutes to launching my kayak at Lake Tashmoo, with fish and clams waiting (a clamming license costs $25 for the week--one outing yielded $100 worth of clams, so that's a big win--we ate chowder and clams casino and froze some clam meat to bring home). The location near the center of Vineyard Haven is perfect--easy walk to Main St./Stop and Shop/the ferry terminal/Black Dog Tavern, and easy drive to Oak Bluffs, Edgartown, and up island--Menemsha, Aquinnah, Lobsterville Beach. We had our own assigned parking space. The unit is comfortable, always very clean, not fancy but really nicely appointed and a kitchen with everything you need--fridge, range, toaster, blender, dishes, pots and pans....even an excellent German cook's knife that stays sharp (my pet peeve is rental properties with cheap, dull knives--this one does it right!). The sofas are inviting, the big leather chair invites long reads and nodding off, beds are perfect, the linens new, the shower/tub is supplied with high quality soap, shampoo, conditioner in a dispenser. The bookshelf indicates an owner with an educated literary taste (got hooked on Phil Craig mystery novels set in the Vineyard--read both of the ones here during our first stay in 2020, and then the other 17 since), plus a library of good movies for evenings (cable TV is reliable, has great coverage). The neighbors are friendly and happy--everyone is pleased to be staying in this nice spot. It's a quiet retreat, tucked away near a big park out of the traffic. The rate is reasonable on an island with unreasonable rates...that's a big plus. We'll be back!

A great two week stay on the island! Lynne's home was a great beach home for our family with two little ones! Perfect walking distance to downtown vineyard haven, quick access to bike routes and paths, great view of the vineyard haven harbour, ferry and boats, and easy access to the pool, parking lot, and laundry facilities (pool is a great size, clean and fun). It was quiet, had a well equipped kitchen for cooking meals, and was cozy and comfortable. Lots of beach decor and nice layout for our family. Even lots of opportunities to see the wild turkeys and bunny rabbits roaming the condo property! We really enjoyed our trip!

We absolutely love staying here and look forward to our Martha's Vineyard vacation all year! We've been enjoying this hidden gem for about 5 years. The beach themed cottage is clean and safe. The cottage is within walking distance from the Vineyard Haven terminal, grocery store, souvenir shops, restaurants, and Mad Martha's ice cream shop. By car it's about 20 minutes to Oaks Bluff for more shopping and restaurants or 35 - 40 minutes to Edgartown for more of the same. This Martha's Vineyard cottage is within driving distance to many gorgeous, free, public beaches. We especially love the beautiful Menemsha sunsets. Last but not least, the sparkling in ground swimming pool at this complex is a wonderful perk after a hard day of lazy at the beach or shopping until we dropped… in for a drink at a favorite restaurant. I can't wait for this year's trip!

This was our first year renting this unit. This was a perfect setup for our family of four. It was clean, spacious, and most of all close to everything. The beds were super comfortable. The internet signal was strong. We have already reserved for a week in 2024. Highly recommend renting this condo. Lynne was excellent to work with. This was our 10th year renting on the island. By far, this has been our favorite.

What a great week we had! The weather was hot and very little rain. The condo was everything we needed including good wireless, kitchen with lots of pots and pans, dishes, etc., comfortable beds and nice living room.

The pool is just outside your front door which is very convenient especially for families with young children.

It's an easy walk to town, shops, restaurants and the ferry. Beaches are a short drive or bike ride. The condo has beach chairs, cooler, sun umbrella (be sure you anchor it in the sand on breezy vineyard days).

We've rented the condo for many years and will definitely be back!

We stayed here and had a wonderful time on the island. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We were amazed how close it was to the pool, the kids loved that. It's only a 5-10 min walk from town. I would highly recommend this location to anyone that wants a pool, be close town, and close to the beaches. If you don't have a car you can walk from the ferry. Lynne was wonderful and way to deal with.

This adorable condo was exactly what we needed for our very active family. The condo itself was just the right size and well appointed with all the things we could need. The beds were super comfy, the air conditioning worked well, and the living room was a great place to hang out and relax after our busy days. The pool and park just down the street kept our kids happy and moving when we weren't at the beach. The walk to the harbor was just 10 minutes and lots of fun wildlife on the way (turkeys and ospreys). Ideal location to see all of the island during our week there. I would highly recommend!

We loved Lynne's condo. It was neat and clean with all needed amenities and many extras too. Lynne's communication is excellent as well.

Lynne is always such a gracious host. She is pleasant in her correspondence and very responsive. This was our 2nd stay here, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, affordable, and comfortable stay on the Island, with close proximity to the VH Ferry, shops, and restaurants.

To describe the unit, I'll repeat from what I said in my first review as it was still just as great this time! There is a good size kitchen with a full sized stove, fridge, dishwasher. We were greeted by a vase of flowers, a bottle of wine, and some candy. It was a very nice touch.

There are 2 main things I especially look for when away - comfortable beds and AC in the bedrooms! Both were provided here as the beds provided comfortable sleeping and the AC units kept us cool. The master has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a full and a twin.

The close proximity to the pool was absolutely awesome. Being able to have a big window by the couch to relax and look out at the pool area was so nice.

The location is so close to the Vineyard Haven Ferry and shops - again very convenient.

We had a great vacation and like I said in my first review, that we would be back and we were! :)

What an ideal spot. Arrived by ferry (no car), hoping to explore the island with our 7 day bus pass. I don’t think there was a bus route that we didn’t take. So fun. Condo was the perfect home base..clean, comfy, friendly neighbors, refreshing pool. Best Binder Ever award—so helpful. Easy to connect with Lynne any time I had a question. Great location Great place. Condo has everything you need. Rare to have a pool to return to after the beach. We had an amazing time. Grills and laundry room are great to have as well. Walk to restaurants and shops.

Lynne's condo was perfect for what my wife, daughter and I were looking for. A nice beachy decor. A short walk to town for coffee in the morning, strolling and dining in the evening—yet secluded enough for privacy and quiet evenings. The condo served as a great base to explore Martha's Vineyard. Vineyard Haven, where Lynne's property is, is a nice, quiet harbor town with everything you "need." Oak Bluffs is 5-10 minutes away for a more spirited atmosphere. Edgartown ten minutes further with lots of cool Jaws location sites. And close to a direct road to the other side of the island. Lots to do on Martha's Vineyard.

Lynne's condo is clean, comfortable, with lots of little niceties—including some great rollup beach mats, great for throwing in the trunk and hitting the beaches. There's all the cookware, dishware, and kitchen utensils you need. There's cable, wireless, and a collection of DVDs. My 12-year old daughter and I watched Jaws before going location sighting. The beds are firm and comfortable. And best of all—the pool is literally right out the front door. Perfect for letting my daughter swim as much as she wished—and not have to be poolside with her.

The property was reasonably priced. No complaints on my part at all. I would stay here again. Funny thing, MV is tourist-driven, but it isn't "touristy". Not like some Florida cities or amusement park towns. But my daughter loved it. She felt at home at Lynne's condo. She really liked the pool right there. But all through the week we just dragged her from town to town, beach to beach, place to place. And... she didn't mind and said she'd enjoy coming back again.

And yes, a bottle of wine and a mug of chocolates awaited us. Thank you Lynne.

Right from the beginning, all correspondence with Lynne went very well. She was always very responsive and a gracious host. From the moment we walked into this home, we knew that we were going to enjoy our stay. It is nicely decorated and furnished. It is a comfortable atmosphere and definitely a relaxing home away from home.

We enjoyed our week on the Vineyard with our adult children. The accommodations were spacious, comfortable and within an easy walk into Vineyard Haven. We have been to the Vineyard many times, and would recommend this property to others.

Each year, the property has updates and special touches that make our stay more enjoyable and comfortable than the last. The community is conveniently located close to town, yet it is both quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are always friendly. The pool at the doorstep is a great place to wind down at the end the day. We are serious serial guests at Lynne's lovely Vineyard home . The condo is tasteful and is routinely being upgraded with high quality finishes. Lynne and I bonded instantly when I first contacted her! She could not have been more accommodating from beginning to end! I began my transition to full time living on the Vineyard spending fall, winter and spring in her sweet, adorable home! Brought lots of stuff with me to start my new chapter, however the house was equipped with everything I needed! I felt welcomed into this beautiful, peaceful setting from the moment I arrived!

I appreciated the updated flooring, cabinetry, gas grill, great appliances and comfortable accommodations! Want to sip your morning coffee by the pool? Have laundry facilities onsite! This is the place for you!

I would recommend this lovely home to anyone who wants to be walking distance to town center, water views, beaches and a kind, considerate host!

If I could have stayed all year round, I'd still be there!

We were greeted with a nice bottle of wine and two chocolate brownies upon arrival at this lovely condo in Vineyard Haven. What a nice touch (we ate and drank them both incidentally :). The place is delightfully decorated and beachy and very convenient to downtown Vineyard Haven. I imagine it's especially nice when the pool is open. But, alas, I guess pools have to close sometime. We would heartily recommend this home to would-be renters! And we hope to make it back there ourselves.

A great spot for a family - or couple - to spend a quiet, laid-back holiday with the convenience of a short walk to the center of Vineyard Haven and easy access to the rest of the island. Unit was comfortable and conducive to relaxation. The owner was great to work with and helped make our planning and stay as easy as could be.

We have stayed here before and always enjoy the unit and proximity to the pool, to Vineyard Haven, and to access to all areas of the island. The unit was very clean, nicely set up and comfortable. Lynne always makes her guests feel very welcome and is easy to work with.

We have travelled to MV for many years and always seem to return to this place! Lynne is a most gracious, attentive owner who consistently goes over and above to ensure the comfort of her guests. The unit is comfortable and well appointed and we intend to revisit next summer! Highly recommend as a family getaway!

This was a fabulous place to stay in all ways. The host is incredibly generous, and hospitable, there is a pool, the house is clean, with a great kitchen, and the location is unbeatable.

The community that the condo is in seems to be welcoming, and a mix of vacation rentals and people that spend the year there... i give the experience full marks!!

Very comfortable, nice furnishings, friendly neighbors, convenient location. We felt very at home. It was a good area to take walks, also easy walk to shopping area. We would love to come back and stay there again.

We had a lovely week on Martha's Vineyard. Lynne's place had everything we needed, was clean, and a nice walkable distance from Vineyard Haven. We spent a lot of evenings barbequing and eating on the picnic tables outside. The pool was nice to have but we spent most of our time exploring the beautiful beaches on the island.

We stayed there last summer and the place was wonderful - clean, conveniently located, nicely decorated. Looking forward to going back this summer.

Lynne's condo at Causeway was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The furnishings were relatively new and the location was great! We loved the fact that we could walk into town for coffee, ice cream, shopping, and dinner! Lynne was very accommodating and responded promptly to the questions we had. We will definitely return.

We think this is our 10th stay at this property. If our review is long overdue, blame it on selfishly wanting to keep a good thing to ourselves. The condo is ideally situated, both on the island and within the grounds. It is a quick walk to downtown Vineyard Haven (no stressing about finding parking!) and the condo is right next to the pool pictured. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well-tended, and the condo is clean and comfortable. The owner consistently maintains and updates the interior and provides all sorts of thoughtful amenities from the grill outside the back door to the lobster pot in the cupboard. It is a wonderful home base for exploring the island and recharging ourselves for the next day's adventures.

This condo is the perfect location for a retreat by the sea. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it is a short walk to the ferry. A leisurely stroll will take you to the Vineyard Haven boutiques, restaurants or the grocery store. The condo’s newly renovated kitchen is very clean and well-equipped. You can even cook your own lobster.

This base camp offers the opportunity to connect with your travel companions in the open dining/living room area or by the pool. For a quieter time, books, music, videos and internet are also available.

Thanks to the owner’s attention to details and desire to provide a great experience, I already plan a return visit to enjoy the fall season.

Coming off a crazy September, my wife and I were looking for a quick escape to re-energize and more importantly re-connect. We were fortunate to find this gem, and it delivered on every aspect. The interior is clean, warm and inviting, with as much or as little as you need. Plenty of entertainment options if you are traveling with kids, looking for a quick read, movie, or music. The beds were very comfortable, as both my wife and I commented on how we typically don't sleep well in hotels or away from home, but not the case here. We were within walking distance from just about everything we could need; from the ferry, downtown shopping & eating, and moped rentals, which I highly recommend as a GREAT way to see the island and not have to worry about parking.

We had a great time! A cozy condo close to everything. We would jump in the sparkling pool after a day at the beach. I started my mornings with a walk by the harbor to get a delicious cup of coffee.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. Nice, clean and comfortable. We liked being close enough to town so that we could walk if we wanted to. We've stayed at another location on prior visits, but we really liked having a pool on site. The condo was comfortable. We hope to be able to book it again for next summer!!

The unit was good - clean, with linens and bath towels and washcloths supplied. Comfortable, and easy to live in.

My mother, niece and I spent a week here in late July/early August. I cannot say enough good things about our stay! The house fit our needs perfectly. The location was awesome. It was peaceful, quaint, clean, and fulfilled all of our needs. Beds are comfy! Very much enjoyed my morning coffee in the little garden area. Definitely will recommend to friends and family who may travel to the island.

We had such a great time in 2012 that we came back this season. We love the location of this condo. It is an easy walk to town. Having a pool is a bonus. What isn't reflected in the photos are all of the great updates we experienced this year: new paint, updated bedrooms and new floors. We enjoy the movie and book collection. The movies kept us entertained as we rode out what was left of Hurricane Arthur on the 4th. We would definitely like to stay here again on our next visit to the island.

We had another great vacation at this property. From the location to the cleanliness of the property, everything was spectacular. I highly recommend this one for any couple, family, or single individuals, as there is something for everyone on MV.

My family and I had an amazing time during our stay on Martha's Vineyard! Our accommodations at the condo were perfect. It was great having the outdoor swimming pool right outside your door. The condo is located just a short walk from the center of town. We looked forward to walking to Mocha Motts for our morning coffee. We had such a memorable time. Our vacation was wonderful, especially our accommodations. Everything was clean and inviting when we arrived. Our unit was a five minute walk to the village and restaurants. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

I have stayed here for extended lengths of time and keep coming back. These are my top 5 reasons: 1) I love the easy walk to and from ferry, groceries, bike rental, and beauty; 2) The place feels quiet, private and comfortable; 3) I love the option to cook instead of eating out - lots of fresh, healthy food available nearby at Cronig's or farmstand; 4) I can jump in the pool after a hot bike ride!; 5) It is incredibly easy to arrange, rent and organize the trip - you don't have to overpack or sweat the details because it is so convenient and well-equipped.

We loved the Island! We came from Germany and know the US quiet well. Martha's Vineyard was a surprise because everything worked well, everybody was very nice, and the people take care of the island, towns, and nature. We enjoyed every minute and will come back. The apartment was perfect for our family, comfortable and clean.

My husband and I stayed here on a beautifully crisp Fall weekend. Neither of us was very familiar with Martha's Vineyard and this was a great location to walk into the quaint town of Vineyard Haven and explore or if we wanted to take the car it was a quick drive to Oak Bluffs and a longer but gorgeous trip to Edgartown.
The condo was so bright and cheery and had plenty of room. It was peaceful and relaxing-just what we were looking for! We really enjoyed the quiet location coupled with the great accessibility to the ferry and to town which had terrific restaurants and fun shops to check out. It was very hard to leave :( We will be back! Thanks so much for sharing this treasure with us!!

Visiting Island Time's condo is always exceptional. When we arrive, it's like all communications with our high paced lives is shut off. We pack our beach bags with the basics and head over to South Beach. At night, our tradition usually consists of a clam bake, then watching the movie Jaws.
