With the ability to sleep 14, there is plenty of room for everyone. The first floor has the kitchen, dining room, living room with sliders to the outside patio, laundry room, half bath, and queen bedroom with ensuite. The second floor is home to the primary suite, complete with soaking tub and oversized shower, as well as "teen suite" with a set of double beds and trundles and ensuite. The second floor finishes with a bunk room and ensuite.

The lower level is home to a media room, office area, bedroom with 2 double beds and ensuite, and a king bedroom with ensuite. The backyard is completely fenced in, outdoor shower, and an electric car charger is available. Community pool and pool house are available for all guests to use.
