This newly updated home offers a large kitchen, dining living area. First floor has a queen bedroom and en suite. Second floor offers, king bedroom, and a queen bedroom with a matching twin bed. Basement includes two bedrooms, (queen and twins) each with an en suite and a large TV and lounge area.

Outside, you will find a new pool and hot tub as well as a gas fire pit. Outdoor shower - is amazing! There are newly planted, hydrangeas, and a lovely grass area. Perfect for lawn games. Shed is stocked with beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas.

The neighborhood is fantastic. The bike path is at the end of the neighborhood and there are walking paths to Miacomet Beach. Town is less than 2 miles away. The ice cream truck even comes twice a week! This is a great family location.

    Awesome family home!

    We love this home and host! Our family has stayed in this beautiful home several times for our August family vacation. Peaceful neighborhood close to town and beaches. Great setup with a private suite on the first floor which was ideal for our grandkids. Awesome backyard space with gorgeous pool and a spacious lawn for cornhole and wiffle ball. Great hot tub which was great for grandude after a day of chasing grandkids around! Stephanie the host is super accommodating and helpful.     Fabulous Nantucket Rental!

    We had an incredible stay. The house was beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and even better than the photos. The location was ideal, providing both privacy and convenient access to everything in Nantucket.

    The outdoor space was a major highlight. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day, and the setup made it easy to relax and spend time together. Everything was extremely well maintained.

    Our hosts were outstanding. They were attentive, accommodating, and quick to help with anything we needed, which made the entire trip seamless.

    This home is a dream come true! It's beautiful, clean, comfortable and has every amenity you could ever want. We loved the heated pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, location, privacy, spaciousness, etc. You name it, it had it! Homeowner was a breeze to work with and a delight. We'd stay again in a second!

    We have vacationed on Nantucket for many years and purchased Spindrift Circle in 2021. We are fortunate that our primary home is also in Massachusetts, and we are able to be on the island often. We almost always check on the house in between renters to ensure the home is at its very best.

    Renting our home has been exceptionally rewarding in a way that we never expected. We love that we can do our part to ensure a fabulous time on Nantucket and have had the pleasure of ''meeting'' many families that come back year after year. We love it when renters send pictures of family enjoying the property!

    What is special about this property?
    The home is bright and inviting. The furniture is comfortable and offers great seating options both inside and outside.
    We had a pool/hot tub/fire pit installed in 2022. We love that as an alternative to the beach.
    Our neighborhood is primarily year-round residences, and we love our neighbors. We do ask that renters keep that in mind and move conversations inside by 10 PM.
    The house has 5 bedrooms (1 king/4 queens/1 twin and 1 twin bunk). A room in the basement was just renovated and offers a queen bed with a twin bunk above it.

    What is special about your town?
    The home is in the Miacomet area of Nantucket which is a great location! We are close to the beach, golf, Bartlett Farm, Cisco, town, bike path and the Wave bus stop. There are walking paths at the end of our neighborhood which you can take all the way to Miacomet beach.
