    I recently spent an unforgettable weekend at this incredible property, and I can honestly say it was nothing short of magical. The house is absolutely pristine, with every detail thoughtfully curated to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. It's nestled in the most peaceful location you could imagine—truly a little piece of heaven.

    One of the standout features of this gem is the full game room in the basement, which added so much fun to our stay. It's a unique touch that sets this Nantucket treasure apart from the rest.     Hello and welcome to Never Better on Nantucket! My name is Jennifer and I have loved visiting Nantucket since I was a child growing up in Massachusetts. My husband Greg and I recently purchased our dream home on the island and hope to share it with you!

    What is special about this property?
    A few things make this home stand out:
    Location: in a quiet Miacomet neighborhood near South Shore beaches, conservation trails, golf, Bartletts Farm, Cisco Brewery
    Outdoor living: generous deck with grill, large teak table and loungers, outdoor shower, and large fenced-in, private yard with lawn games. The backyard is very private and feels like an oasis.
    Beautiful, recently renovated home: fully stocked gourmet kitchen, two spacious living areas, oversized dining table, and upstairs there are four well-appointed bedrooms with high-end toiletries and linens.
    Basement arcade: for the rare rainy Nantucket summer day, you can retreat downstairs where there is an arcade that kids (and adults) will love!

    What is special about your town?
    Nantucket is a great year-round destination! We love Daffodil Festival in Spring, Thanksgiving and Stroll weekend, and overall the fall weather and sights on Nantucket can't be beat. Summer is great too, of course!

    The house is near a lot of conservation trails that connect to the beach, if you don't want to bother parking a car. It's also accessible to many Nantucket locations within a short drive (including 8 minutes to town).
