Single level beach cottage with all of the amenities and a private beach nearby. Close to the bus line and bike path, it's the perfect locale — close to swimming, surfing, biking and watching the beautiful sunsets.

The cottage is well equipped with three bedrooms and two baths and also features a renovated kitchen, cable TV, DVD/VCR, CD player and internet access. Bedrooms include a master bedroom with a queen bed, master bath and shower. The second room has two twin beds, and the third room has two sets of bunk beds. The hall bath has a tub/shower and washer/dryer.
