Our Weymouth Lane home is the perfect combination of a Nantucket beach home as well as a historic gem. The front portion of the home has been renovated and dates back to 1850. All the bathrooms are have been renovated and are sleek and modern. Our 4-bedroom home has a large, open concept living, dining & gourmet kitchen area. Adding to it's airy feeling are the cathedral ceilings. This is unique to Nantucket since many homes in town are historic and have smaller spaces. The large open concept portion was added as an addition providing a more updated feel. The kitchen features a Wolf gas range, Sub Zero refrigerator & wine refrigerator. New Williams Sonoma cookware, new kitchen tools & accessories. We have plenty of platters, bowls, placemats for entertaining. There is a large table for family dining that seats 8 people. Dutch doors, beautiful wood floors, great details add to the charm of the home. We have central air & Wifi throughout the house.

The large family room which is connected to the kitchen, is a spacious spot for entertaining or watching TV. We have decorated the family room with white slipcovered sofas creating a fresh and clean feel. We have a Sonos sound system, DVD player with lots of movies for raining days as well as a Wii console with lots of accompanying games. And our house is stocked with cards, board games, puzzles and of course Nantucketoply.

Down an open hall, you will find a warm and inviting living room with a fireplace, perfect for reading a book after a long day at the beach. There is desk set up in the living room if you need a spot to catch up on work. Off the living room is the first floor bath with an updated shower and laundry room. This is where you will find our large supply of beach towels for your use.

Down the front hall you will find the master king bedroom with a lovely updated full bathroom with tub and shower. All bedrooms upstairs and down have flat screen TV's with cable access.
The upstairs has beautiful original pine floors. There are 3 queen bedrooms upstairs that share an updated bathroom with shower. As with older homes they come with character, one of the bedrooms you must access through a front bedroom. There are doors that can be closed to determine which bedroom you would like to access the back bedroom from. This works well when families are traveling with children. All bedrooms have custom built-in drawers and closets. The large bathroom with shower off the living room downstairs serves as a perfect additional bathroom to use when several people are getting ready to go out. The outdoor shower is also a summer favorite alternative!

Our large brick patio is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing on the new Kingsley Bates outdoor lounge furniture. There is a large gas grill for creating family meals.

We have parking available for 1 car. There is a small side yard that leads to the outdoor shower and stairs to the basement. In our basement, we have pletny of beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. Our lane is one way and very quiet and peaceful. We are ideally located just 2 minutes from the harbor and the Francis Street Kayak area, Great Harbor Yacht Club and Nantucket's favorite Sayle's Seafood.

We are a short, picturesque 5 minute walk to Town via Orange Street or Union Street. If you would prefer to take a cab or uber they are very plentiful and will be at the house in minutes. We love being close to the heart of town to enjoy all of the terrific shops and restaurants.

We very much value our renters and want you to feel at home. We also always leave our house stocked with toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies, soap and shampoo. We have compiled a rental book with lots of valuable ACK information that we think will help you enjoy your stay more. We look forward to sharing our home with you! Perfect For Nantucket Family Vacation

Truly a memorable time and have already re-booked a return trip next summer. The house was absolutely perfect for our extended family vacation -- spacious, comfortable and extremely convenient to the downtown area and all other points of interest on the island. The modern kitchen, expansive living area and outdoor patio got lots of use and were perfect for our needs. Michelle was extremely flexible, hospitable and helpful. We are hoping to make this an annual family event.

Excellent Place in ACK!

This house is in the perfect location, five blocks from the center of town, on a quiet side street. The home is BEAUTIFUL, and laid out very well. Perfect open floor plan, well stocked with anything you will need for vacation and perfectly decorated. The pictures are very accurate, as well as the descripton. Our group was four teens with two Moms, and plenty of space to spread out. Michelle was very responsive and helpful, including giving restaurant recommendation. We have travelled for 14 years to ACK and this has been the best house. The layout is great for couples, families, etc. The kitchen, dining and great room flowed so well. The kitchen is the showcase. Everything you would need, high end appliances and layout is great. And this was from professional chefs using the space. Beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are high end. The outdoor living space is integrated with the kitchen area. Finally the location is ideal. Close to town, mid island and bike paths. Truly a great home to have for your experience of being on Nantucket.

Pristine home in the heart of if all
Myself and 5 girlfriends stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate our 40th birthdays. The house far exceeded any expectations. The location is perfect. The beds are actually comfortable as is the rest of the furnishings. The owner Michelle is wonderful, easy to work with and get in touch with. We are all hoping to make this an annual trip.

The Ultimate Nantucket Experience

Enchanting! This beautiful house was even more beautiful than we anticipated! The house has a terrific open layout and is just immaculate. The patio area out back is perfect for entertaining. You have everything you could possibly need at your fingertips and Michelle is the perfect host. She even went above and beyond to purchase a new pack-n-play for our 5 mo. old grandson! Our family (five adults and two small children) was so comfortable we didn't want to leave. Not only is the house fantastic, it is perfectly situated so that it is only a stones throw from the waterfront and town. No need for a car. You can easily walk everywhere. Beautiful well equipped home with comfortable furniture and beds. Michelle was beyond helpful and accommodating. We have three teenage children and the home was the perfect size with modern bathrooms and appliances. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed to make fabulous meals to eat outside in the lovely outdoor space. I highly recommend this home and the owners.

My wife and have been traveling to Nantucket for years and have rented many properties on the island. We were very impressed with this home. It was by far the nicest we have ever rented. Everything was very high end and we loved how nice all the bathrooms were. We hosted 4 friends and everyone remarked how comfortable the beds were. From the front of the house, it's very deceiving and looks small. But it's actually quite large inside with the addition. It also was nice that the bedrooms were somewhat separate in the front portion of the home so if people wanted to stay up late the people sleeping couldn't hear a thing. We cooked in several nights and found everything we could possibly need and was very high end and-not like most rentals. Michelle was very helpful and prompt to work with. She also took the time to send us restaurant suggestions and island activities. We really appreciated the personal touch that we received. Love, love, love this house!

What is special about this property?
We were drawn to Nantucket because of all the terrific historical homes and wanted to find a home that had history and charm. Our Weymouth Lane home was a perfect for us since it's a combination of historic and renovated. We were drawn to our home since it's feels very finished and updated but cozy and charming at the same time. We have all new baths giving it more of a boutique hotel feeling. We also love the open concept feel of the kitchen and family room. The vaulted ceilings also add a great feeling of spaciousness. This is a unique feature in a Nantucket Town home since so many date back to the early 1800's and have smaller confined spaces. The back portion of our home was added as an addition, while preserving the character of the front portion dating back to 1850. In the winter of 2018, we are adding built-ins to house our tv and books. This will become a wonderful focal point in our family room.

What is special about your town?
After staying in many different areas of the island, town has always been our favorite. We love being able to walk to town for dinner, coffee or shopping. The walk to town is very picturesque. We are only about a 5 minute walk to the center of town via Orange or Union Streets. We love being located on a quiet in Town Lane. Our patio is a great place for relaxing, reading, having morning coffee or evenings grilling out. It's always a perfect spot for ACK star gazing. We are just 2 minutes away from the Francis street harbor/kayak area, the Great Harbor Yacht Club and the popular Sayles Seafood. Since we are located close to the water, it's fun to hear the sound of the ferry coming in and out the harbor. Just down Weymouth Lane is the Nantucket Basket Museum as well as the excellent restaurant, Fixty Six Union. The newly renovated Cumberland Farms is conveniently located 5 blocks away on Orange Street. A great spot for basic food and necessities. For more groceries, Stop-n-Shop is located very close in town. For many of the weekends, we don't even bring our car since Weymouth's central location allows us to walk to everything. Which is a huge bonus!
