Four-bedroom, two-story house that is an easy 10-minute walk to town. Conveniently located close to Stop and Shop, Cumberland Farms and restaurants. The house fronts Pleasant street, but is entered from the dead-end side street. There are two off-street parking places, (you do not have to have a car, as you can walk to most places).

The first floor has a dining room, family room, large eat-in kitchen, laundry room and queen bedroom. There is a full bathroom with a tub.

The second floor has a queen master with a bathroom, a smaller bedroom with a queen and a bedroom with 3 twins. They all share a hall bathroom. Bath towels and beach towels are in the hall closet. There are two central AC units.

The yard is small, but there are ballfields down the street. Outside there are three gathering areas, charcoal, grille and an outdoor shower.

A bus stop is close to the house to get you where you need to go on the island.
