King with full bathroom in the abasement as well as a bunk room with 2 sets of bunks. 70 inch flat screen TV in the basement king bedroom and in the spacious basement living room/den. Large dining room on the first floor seats 12. Seating for 4 at the large granite kitchen island. Second floor with 4 bedrooms including 2 kings with en suite marble bathrooms and 70 inch flat screen TVs. One bedroom with a
queen bed and full bath, one bedroom with 2 twins. Third floor with full bath, queen bed, 65 inch flat screen and large detached den. Comfy back porch and flagstone patio. Outdoor furniture for lounging and dining. 2 gas grilles. Coolers, beach chairs, beach towels all
