Dear Guests,
I wanted to let you know what we are doing to make our home as safe as possible. We are switching to bleach based cleaning products, bleach kills the virus. We are providing bleach based products in every bathroom and kitchen to be used during your stay. Our cleaners do a very good job of cleaning and will pay particular attention to high profile areas including door knobs,faucets and tv remotes. All linens are washed in hot water. I hope that these measures give you some piece of mind. Please let me know if we can do anything else to help you make a decision. Stay safe, Cynthia

Two beautiful homes on one large Orange Street property! Orange Street is one of the most beautiful on Nantucket. Take a stroll to Main Street and enjoy the historic homes along the way. Together, both homes accommodate up to 14 in 7 bedrooms with 4 1/2 baths. They both have central air and high speed internet.

The Bungalow: The 3 bedroom 2 bath Bungalow has a large family kitchen with everything you need for cooking and entertaining. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bath with marble shower. Also in the primary bedroom is a comfortable area to read and relax. The middle bedroom has all new queen furniture and shares a full bath with the twin bedroom. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and new linens. The living room and sunroom are spacious and comfortable, including a desk for getting your work done. A large furnished deck is fantastic for meals and morning coffee.

The Cottage: At the rear of the property, the Cottage has 4 bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. A cozy front porch leads to the inviting living room and kitchen with soap stone counters. The living room has a flat screen TV, games and a large selection of books. The primary bedroom is on the first floor with an en suite bathroom. A flat screen TV and beautiful cottage furniture make this room very comfortable.

On the second floor are 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and two with two twins each. Also a large bathroom and laundry on the second floor. The very large and private yard has a fully furnished deck and room to play games and relax after the beach.

The driveway has room for 4 cars. The Wave bus stops right in front of our property for ease of getting around the island. A ten minute stroll down Orange Street to Main Street with shops and restaurants makes our location ideal. read more show less

    Outstanding property a for family reunion

    My family rented the "Family Compound On Orange Street" to attend a wedding being held on Nantucket wedding in late October 2022. We had family members from Arizona, Connecticut, Maryland, and Massachusetts. This location worked out perfectly—very comfortable and clean homes a short walk from downtown Nantucket Town. The two separate buildings gave us flexibility and privacy for all those who attended. Cynthia was very responsive to any and all questions.

    We stay in lots of short term rentals as we travel quite a but and this property was one of the tops. Cynthia was a great communicator. The home is beautiful and the location is great. The kitchen is nice and large. Beautiful bluestone floors. It has everything you need to cook at home. We usually do breakfast at home and eat out the rest of the time. The Stop and Shop is awesome and only a few minutes away by foot or bike. There is a Cumberland Farms convenience store not even a 1/2 block away. The bedrooms and baths were nicely appointed. We loved having a washer and dryer which is located in the basement. The location is fantastic as it's a short walk to downtown but also close to all the bike paths to the beaches etc. There was nothing we needed. Exceeded expectations. Would definitely stay again.

    Awesome House!

    We rented both houses for a long weekend getaway for 13 people and it couldn't have been more perfect. Having the extra space of two houses was wonderful, it could easily have been two families that wanted to be together but also have a little time apart.

    Both houses were fully equipped with everything you could need. Easy walk to town and the grocery store. Very clean and the owner was incredibly nice. I would certainly go back and recommend this property to anyone.

    Excellent!


    Stayed with an 11 person group for a bachelorette weekend and this was the PERFECT spot! Everyone got their own bed, there was plenty of space and bathrooms, and the outdoor seating areas were perfect! Very clean and close to downtown. Cynthia was an excellent host and very responsive/helpful throughout. Highly reccommend!

    House is in an excellent location - close to the bike paths, restaurants, groceries, liquor store and the cutest Cumberland Farms. Recycling had not been taken out by previous tenant, but someone was there to rectify their error minutes after I notified Cynthia, so we couldn't ask for a better solution. Would rent here again!

    Cynthia's home was fantastic!
    The home was exactly as advertised on VRBO. It is in a perfect location near downtown, but located far back from the main road Orange street so you have some privacy. The property was extremely clean and had tons of amenities that are highlighted online. Cynthia was very easy to communicate with and the check in process was super simple. I would highly recommend her property to other renters as my family and I fully enjoyed our stay.

    Lovely Home Away From Home!
    So glad we were able to stay at Beautiful Dreamer for our girls getaway. Everything was fantastic and so convenient to everything. We loved walking to various places but having the local bus stop right in front was an added plus. The accommodations were fantastic! You have an adorable cottage that's so well kept and modern yet still has that "Nantucket" style that' that makes you feel right at home. We loved going out but we also loved staying in and playing games around the kitchen table at night. It was truly one of my most memorable and enjoyable vacations and I hope to return some day. show more show less

    After vacationing on Nantucket for 30 years we purchased this beautiful property in 2011. We have been renting our bungalow and cottage ever since and our guests have given us so many great reviews. After renting for so many years in multiple houses I have a unique perspective on what keeps guests coming back year after year. For me, superior cleanliness, fresh uncluttered decor and a great Orange Street location can not be beat. Feel free to call me for details about our property!

    Historic Orange Street is a short stroll from Main Street. Take your time to enjoy the beautiful homes and gardens on your walk to town, every season is gorgeous! Enjoy all that town has to offer including shops,restaurants and the Whaling Museum. Our bungalow and cottage are both very comfortable for summer months with central air and outdoor showers and off season rentals are very popular with festivals and weddings. Whether you rent one house or both together as a family compound you will love 111 Orange Street.
