The queen bedroom has a TV and small chair. The attached bathroom has a custom shower with a rain shower head.
The twin bedroom has an attached bathroom with a tub/shower. A king converter kit is available. If requested, these twin beds can be prepared with king linens.
LOWER LEVEL:
The 2nd king bedroom has a sitting area with a petite sofa and is located on the lower level. The attached bathroom has a heated floor and a tub/shower. The bathroom may be kept private to the bedroom or opened to the hall and accessible to the media room.
The media room has a 65'' curved Smart TV, Sonos sound system, and egress stair to the rear patio and fire pit.
There is laundry with two XL capacity washers and dryers on this level.
OUTDOOR:
The rear patio, with Paloform gas fire pit and dining table for 8, is framed by a small yard. The side porch has 2 chairs for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. There is also a grill and outdoor shower with a rain shower head and hand shower. At the front door there is a warm water foot wash. Off-street parking is available for 2 vehicles.
This property is 4/10 of a mile to Steps Beach and 7/10 mile to downtown restaurants and shops.

The BATHROOMS are stocked with a hairdryer, 4 sets of towels, 2 Boca Terry bath robes, and a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, bar soap and foaming hand soap.
DISPOSABLES: A starter supply of coffee, tea, paper towels, napkins, kitchen plastic wrap, facial tissue, toilet tissue, and makeup wipes are provided. Laundry detergent, dish detergent, and trash bags are also provided.
CHILDREN: There are 2 booster seats for the dining table. A floor mattress and linens are available upon request. There are several companies that will deliver additional baby equipment the day of your arrival and pickup the day of your departure.
